Long story short, late January…read more2014 I had a problem with the Spring Air mattress, so I called Water Beds at the East store and spoke with the manger of the store on how to go about this. I immediately received a call from Mark, (The General Manager) on how he would handle the warranty & said give me 24-hours, he called the very next day. Spring Air would not warranty their mattress. When he found out about what was going, he promised me, he would make things right. Well he did, (now keep in mind, I understand WNS can't just give me a free mattress 7 years later but just short of that) not only did he go above and beyond any of my expectations, I am a 100% satisfied customer but more importantly, a customer for life. Big thanks to everyone at Water Beds N Stuff that made this unfortunate situation of mine right!!! This company stands behind their customers & products even years later after the sale, that's how good they are. I bought the Boyd 920 Latex Mattress, I'll keep everyone updated a year later but the 1st night was a amazing nights sleep :-)

It's near the corner of 5th and High, there's a little bit of street parking out front but I always walk because I'm close. The staff is crazy friendly. They are always quick to help you find what you're looking for or make suggestions. I have my Ohio medical marijuana card and from time to time I need small items like papers or a lighter. Afterall, they are called The Joint. They also have items like incense, pretty sure they have come cbd products, jewelry, and clothing items.

I got a Serta foam core futon mattress here a good 6-7 years ago. They upsold me. I'm glad they did, because I still have it & it's still the most comfortable futon I've ever had. Anyway, as for my most recent visit... I went in looking for screens. After talking about the model I had, the employee encouraged me to try some cleaning solution instead, convinced that I shouldn't have to replace anything. She was extremely knowledgeable and really friendly. I ended up purchasing some instant cleaning solution based on her recommendation. It worked great! I couldn't believe the amount of gunk that it removed. The vape works like new & I didn't have to shell out for special replacement parts. Thanks guys!

My husband and I found a bedroom set and mattress with no sales help- I had to go to the check out…read morecounter 3 times before a young man helped us( or tried at least) we told him we would pay for the delivery and suite and bed that day and he had to make several phone calls to finish the sale correctly- He told us the manager was out so he has to double check everything so that's why it was taking so long- after literally an hour we decided 3k was a little pricier for the service we were getting (we were totally right after searching elsewhere ) so i didn't wanna leave empty handed so i grabbed 2 memory foam pillows and walked up the employee and he told us he was having trouble contacting the warehouse or something- didn't apologize for wasting our time - the pillows were 220 dollars they missed out on 3k and to be honest i am grateful he did bencause i found an amazing bedroom suite for half the price online... we went back a week later because i fell inlove with this bling mirror they had for 300 and the manager was soo rude if i hadn't already fell in love with the mirror i wouldn't not have bought it- today i go out of my way to avoid that store- i drive to sawmill even tho this waterbeds is 5 mins from my house. there's a woman that acts too busy to help customers- 2 young men that i swear have to be on drugs and a hateful condescending rude af manager who has to be the owner because if somone else owns that waterbeds they have to be on drugs to hire and keep such a mean man- im very surprised this store have been shut down yet- they prices are very high but i used to like the quality and selection but all the employees are unwelcoming unhelpful god forbid somone ask them a question- they are so rude and very obviously don't want to be bothered- I've been going to waterbeds at this location for 20 + years and the manager has always been a prick but it has gotten 100 times worse and when i arrive in a good moood i leave pist off everytime i don't need that stuff that bad. no thank u!
