We let the server know we received cold fries so she informed us she would get us some fresh fries. Cool, so we continue eating and wait on our fresh fries. About 15 mins pass by, still no fries. So we tell the owner. He goes to the kitchen comes back out and walks right past our table. A few minutes later we finally get our fries. We expressed our grievance in having to wait on hot fries when they should have come out hot to begin with and was told that they brought us the fries and that was all they were required to do. Don't like how it was handled as I've been compensated for inconvenience by other places with no problem. In the end we were given a 10% discount but it was after we spoke up and the owner didn't seem to care when I told him that he actually lost out on more money because we were ready to go after they when we were initially going to stay longer and order more drinks.

It's a nice cozy spot with outdoor seating as well. Small parking lot but also street parking. There are normally food trucks present and each night has a theme. There are often DJs there playing. It's a relaxing and chill atmosphere and I enjoy it. They have a humidor where you can purchase cigars. You can purchase a membership or pay each time you go (just do the membership). This is someplace I would go and relax even if I didn't smoke cigars. It's a great environment, people are friendly, food trucks are cool, and just a great vibe.
