Not surprised this place only rates 1-star on all of its reviews. When you hire smart-a$$ punks who think they're empowered to argue and smart mouth customers, this is what you get. Message me for details, but stay away. I left and called for a manager's name and number so I could let him know why I was now a former customer and the punk "Jack" they gave me a number for didn't even listen. He told me tomorrow was his last day and they shouldn't have given me his number. When I asked for the manager's, he told me he wasn't gonna give it to me. I could call the store in two weeks when he got back! Their products are over-priced and, since they installed a walk in humidor, their new policy is to treat every customer as a potential thief by only allowing one person in the humidor at a time with the mouthy punk blocking the door and watching the customer (while also mouthing off to me). Their cigars are generally over priced and poorly conditioned. You'll get better products and service online with Cigars International. This shop sucks. read more

Just went into the store, asked if I needed help which I replied I was just looking but thank you, I looked as the employees, a young long dark haired young lady and a tall scruffy faced boy helped customers. After about 5 minutes of looking I had decided on my purchase, the female was helping a customer but scruffy was free so I asked him, which i was told hed be right over, then he decides to take the order of the next customer while I wait....ive worked in customer service 10 plus years and that was rediculous. Well you lost a once loyal customer because of horrible customer service. As a business you should handle this because I will not only not recommend this establishment, quite the opposite in fact. read more

went in asked for 6mg pouches i pay then the guy hands me them and they're 3mg and I tell him hey man you gave me 3mg instead of 6mg and he said he can't swap them out or refund them. lazy employee then says that it's someone elses fault that they were in the 6mg slot then practically kicks me out saying can't do nothin bout it man. never goin back their pouches read more

100% trash. I am 22 years old and I tried buying pods and oil with $80 in my pocket and they told me I cannot buy anything because they assumed I had a minor friend which I was buying for myself. This was the first time i went in to the Canandaigua shop. Next time I'll drive by it to the south main street shop. The person who was behind the counter on fri. oct.12th was far from nice. That morning he even started off nasty. NO returns or exchange on anything let alone trying to get a receipt.
