The place is easy to find and a plenty of parking lot. They are specializing in cigars, vape, hookah, and etc, but they provide some drinks if you want to chill in the lounge. There are two separate lounges that are for non members of the elite cigar and member of the elite cigar with guest passes. It's very quiet and very clean in the lounge. They are designed for people who want to smoke anything kind of cigar, hookah, etc that the shop sells. One of my friends accidentally spill the burned ashes from the cigar and the worker was nice enough to provide us the broom and pan to clean it off the mess. I would recommend anyone who is a cigar smoker to come here with small gathering or alone in a quiet environment for a change. read more

Right on time with plenty to choose from really a premiere smoke shop right in the heart of Henrietta! No, I haven't experimented with a cigar lounge, but it looks really upscale and very signature. This place is a gem! My husband and I came in to buy a few cigars and socialize. Angus was extremely informative. He really knew his inventory and had excellent recommendations. His knowledge was so extensive. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel like friends the second we walked in. We spent 2 hours here. Everyone in the long us was equally as welcoming. Absolutely huge selection of items both cigar and non-cigar related. Massive glass selection, many items including dry-vape products that you don't see as readily in b&m's. To be honest, my only complaint is that the older gentleman manning the counter, who I presume to be the owner, made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by coming in to browse the store and look for a new torch as there was a single other customer who needed cigar help and he felt he couldn't leave me alone in there. So he was a little pushy and I felt rushed and monitored. That aside, great selection and mostly market or better pricing from what I could tell on many items. read more

The diversity and selection of cigars are excellent unlike some of the other cigar shops in the area and the decor makes it a comfortable and upscale environment. Very Bad Service. I went there to buy a new Pen cause my prefilled cartridge didn't fit my current pen. They were more than happy to sell it to me , but when I called them back and told them I need a refund as this one didn't fit it either , they refused . They did say I can exchange it for something else in the store though. HOWEVER , when I actually got to the store the next day , they REFUSED TO EVEN EXCHANGE IT. Their reasoning was that I tore the packaging . It was a minor tear but because of their useless policies and shitty employee who told me to come to the store , I am now down $60 including the vape pen and the Uber costs to go there and back no 2 separate occasions. Stopped in on a snowy Thu to smoke a cigar and relax. This place has a great selection in their very well maintained humidor, an awesome owner, and plenty of comfortable seating. Was pleasantly surprised to see something like this in Rochester, as usually cigar lounges are only found in larger cities. They also have an amazing selection of hookas, glassware and vape products that I didn't fully explore, but if you're looking at any of those products, you'd have to check this place out.
