The employees were great and helpful and even brought out her purchase so she wouldn't have to struggle with her walker getting into the store. Weirdo that manages the Hornell store I've nicknamed The Nazi. You call the store he says he has the coils I buy in stock. I get there he says "sorry all all, check back next Friday." I don't wanna drive another 30 miles back to store. Maybe it's my MAGA hat he hates. I send my wife in an hour later he sells her the coils. Also, this guy doesn't feel obligated to provide customers with their change on cash purchases. Meaning He will give the paper bills but any misc. loose change albeit a penny or 99 cents he dismisses. If you ask for it he acts all put out like you're putting him thru such an inconvenience to open register again and count out change. This idiot needs to be fired immediately read more

As others have mentioned the store is pretty bad. The workers are weird, spaced out, and rude. They also have a strict no return policy. A vape shop opened on geneseo's mainstreet but it closed down due to vaping laws so this is it. Now that weed is being legalized maybe they can stop calling it a "tobacco pipe" read more

Rachael is amazing. I went in there to explain I wanted to quit smoking. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She took about 15 minutes with me explaining the vape system I bought. She even filled it for me getting her hands messy. She has my business and I will continue to shop there and recommend this store! read more

This is the worst vape shop I've shopped. They sold me a defective tank. When I took it back the manager refused to exchange it or refund my money. She was rude and obnoxious. I guess they don't want repeat business. Don't shop here! Bad products and lousy service. read more

Terrible service and are never stocked on supplies. One of the workers named Max is the most absent minded idiot. To begin, he is clearly stoned and does not even have the decency to wear cologne or put in eye drops. Today I called in and asked if they had something in stock, he answered and said 'I'll Check.' Hung up the phone and did not call back. Before that, he was on the phone with a customer cursing them out and hung up on them. Prices too high! read more

There's a new smoke shop on Main Street. Way better than this place. Better prices and inventory. I will not go to smokers choice anymore.

Went in tonight to look into options for my wife who's quitting smoking cigarettes and James was a great help!! He suggested a perfect setup that she loves! Terrible, sold my friend a vape coil that wasn't the right type; Sales person looked under the influence, and they have a no return policy which further rubs salt in the wound. The objective of customer service should be quality as well as maintaining strong relations with customers so that they want to come back and tell their friends, this guy looked so stoned that honestly I don't think he cares.
