A drive thru smoke shop? How preposterous! This is One of the biggest smoke and Vapor shops in the area, The Wal-Mart of all tobacco stores, where you can drive thru and order your tobacco products, or walk in. I very seldom frequent Choice Stores as i like to support the local small businesses in the area, where as the smaller places have better more knowledgeable customer service. Choice has a huge array of products for all your smoking needs, and you can be quite overwhelmed if you go in not knowing what you are looking for...so much for your eyes and brain to adjust to. Its like walking into a fireworks store and having so many CHOICES to choose from. Hence the name i suppose. If you are seeking courteous customer service, and employees that can answer your questions without getting a run around, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. But...if in fact you know exactly what you want, and you go in to purchase whatever you need...then this is your place. read more

This place sucks all around! Go to "the shop" in Milford. It's worth the 10 min more drive.

The employees are just annoyed to be working at this store. I stopped going here because I was afraid I was keeping them from doing something else that didn't involve customers or any sort of actual service. They should be fired, replaced and supervised. read more

They Need more pleasant employees Every time I go in this place the workers all have these attitudes that scream " I hate working here !" You have to ask them for a bag for your purchase and they grunt at you while waiting for you to get your money to pay. read more

My go-to smoke shop in the Milford/Matamoras area, and there are quite a few to choose from. Conveniently located right off Route 6. The store is set up well and it's easy to find what you're looking for. An entire wall of the store is essentially a big humidor, and they do get some decent stogs pretty consistently. They appear to be stored at the proper humidity and temperature, which is essential. Still, always check the cigar after pulling it out of the humidor. It sucks to go to light one up only to discover it covered with mold, or dried out, or with a cracked wrapper. Yeah, the employees will probably think you're being a pretentious [expletive], but the employees probably know nothing about cigars in the first place. Which leads into my next point: know what you're doing, because the workers probably don't. Hey, hiring randoms probably keeps the prices down. And the prices are good. They also sell a variety of pipes, bowls, etc. I'm sure a corporate policy is in effect that requires employees to insist such paraphernalia be used only for tobacco. I wouldn't recommend mentioning any other potential uses while in the store, unless you wanna know if the cashier agrees that a three-foot bong would make a sick fishbowl. They have lots of cigarettes, too. And a load of dip. Even those wonderful tubs of Stokers in all flavors. It's a solid store. Good selection, good prices, quick checkout, easy fix of nicotine. Just don't ask the cashier if he prefers that Padron Churchill with a maduro or a natural wrapper. Because honestly, if you need to ask that question, throw your clippers into a volcano. The service is usually good, there is some good and some bad employees. But I can't say I see the bad one's stick around. The vast majority of employees, specifically the 3-4 I see the most are very helpful & patient. They will always do their best when I'm asking about products. They have a very wide selection for Tobacco, Vaping and E-Juice, Cigars and Etc....wink wink. The store is big. I absolutely LOVE SMOKER'S CHOICE!! Cindy, the manager took time out of her busy schedule and was so helpful with everything I needed and made for a great transaction! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMOKER'S CHOICE and I will be back frequently!! I have to agree with all the one star ratings. The one star is for selection, though I still don't know why you would need to hide your tobacco in a fake Pringles can. The staff is HORRIBLE. They are a snooty bunch. Check out the 'not recommended' reviews (I don't understand why they are not recommended. They are right on, except for the shills that say it's peachy) Thank the gods I only need rolling papers once in a while. As far as certain employees go they are great people . But management and up is a whole other ball game. The store manager Sara S. on more than one occasion had been visibly high off of heroin and even had come to the work place dope sick on more than one occasion.This woman has said that they need an more attractive staff basically discriminating against slightly overweight and not your stereotype pretty type of girl. And their second store close by located in the staples plaza is no better .The girls are influenced to dress like whores and drug deals are being made from the counter in plain view while their corp. office does nothing.stay away from these stores and try one of the other 15 tobacco stores on the same strip read more

Been in many times over the last few years. I live pretty far away, but have family in the area so we stop in when we visit. Everyone has always been very nice & on a few occations have gone out of the way to help me and discuss their products. Good selection and prices. read more

I stopped here to buy a new torch, they only had 3 torches to choose from so I asked for assistance since they were in the case. The wait was 20 mins before someone bothered to help me. After I asked a few questions about the torches ( the salesperson had no idea what they were talking about) I finally made my purchase. The next day the torch broke during use. I brought it back to the store with the receipt and was refused a refund or exchange and they were extremely rude and nasty about it, plus I noticed that the sell fake room glass aswell, this store is a disgrace, the employees are not knowledgeable and they are very rude and nasty. I live in NJ and stop by at least once a month. Milford does not have any place that carries all the products that I am looking for in one shop, Smoker's Choice does. They are fast, convenient, and reasonably priced. The staff are young but none have ever been rude. read more

The employees are very uninterested in helping the customers. When you go into either Smokers Choice along route 6 in Matamoras/Milford pa area, the service is the same. The employees act like they are doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. I guess the company only stays in business by selling large quantities of cigarettes to out of staters saving money. apparently they don't value the repeat local business. I will never step in a smokers choice ever again. There are better cigarette stores along the strip that value the customers read more
