Ordering is simple and can be done directly on their website. You can pick the meat, size, and delivery date. If you have any other needs, you can add them to the notes section and they will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. We placed our order 2 weeks before our event and the pig arrived on the Thursday before our weekend roast. The pig was wrapped and packaged with care. It was still frozen and easy to thaw. We followed the clear directions and placed the pig in a cooler with ice. The pig was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little prep work that we had to do prior to placing the pig onthe firepit. We ordered a 50lb pig, and the pig we recieved was the perfect weight. We had Stryker Farm remove the feet and butterfly the pig for is. The pig cooked like a dream. It was very delicious! We will continue to order our pigs from them in the future.

When we called up to ask about what could have gone wrong and buying new trees, the owner spend 30 minutes on the phone helping us diagnose the issue. He then invited us down and asked to take a dead tree. When we went he helped diagnose the issue which was related to our landscaper planting them too deep. The bark was underground and caused the tree to die. He helped us pick new trees out which were so much better and more cost effective versus the local shops nearby. He was so helpful - wish more businesses took this level of pride in their work or provided this level of customer service. A++++

The person showed up and we talked and he said he would come back to measure. He never came back and never called. It has been almost 2 months. I called them twice and spoke to a woman there and explained the situation. I left my number and nobody called me back. That is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. At this point I wouldn't buy anything from this place and will make sure I inform everyone and anybody how unprofessional and disrespectful they are.
