Avoid this smoke shop and the other one they own on ford rd. They sell defective products and refuse refunds. When I just purchased a lost Mary vape (sealed in plastic packaging) it didn't work at all, I went back in and the sales clerk says no refunds and that customers are responsible to check them in the store before purchasing them which is disgusting and against health code regulations. So if you've bought a vape in the store just know someone else may have used it first. I'm so grossed out after this experience here. Been going to this location for years. Stay as far away as you can. I bought the 2 for $30 "deal" on elf bar vapes. I got them home, opened 1 and nothing happened happens. I double check to make sure the sticker on the bottom is off and nothing is in the drag tube. It lights up just fine it just won't hit. So I opened the second one. Same exact thing. I put them both on charging for 30 minutes a piece. Still nothing. So I called the store. The store called the owner they said. The owners response was "too bad, no refund or exchange ". So these brand new devices that I spent $30 on are useless. I had been coming here for years. This is the first time I've had any issues (other than flavors). I've never experienced a white clerk at this store, I have always dealt with purely Arabic clerks. There is one older guy, I thought that he was rude at first, but turns out, he didn't speak English; that was understandable. I went in for cigars but they mostly do other things they didn't have the cigars I wanted but damn their service was incredible! I was looking for a box of cigars but they only sold loose but they made my business feel needed and appreciated. So if you need a few cigars there is no better place than this store. read more

My friend and I stopped by this place this afternoon. My friend wanted to purchase an electronic hookah pen and some cigars. She couldn't remember the name of the cigars so she tried to describe the packaging to the young white girl behind the counter. The white girl did not offer any suggestions, nor did she even bother to pull the cigars off the shelf across from where we were standing. My friend gave up on the cigars and purchased the hookah pen. We walked outside (literally outside of the door, did not make it to the car), she unwrapped the packaging and took a puff. Nothing happened. There was no vapor and the tip did not light up like it's supposed to. We went back inside and she informed the white girl that the pen was not working. My friend requested and exchange. The white girl pointed to the sign above her head and said "no refunds or exchanges." However, the pen did not work. She continued to be extremely rude to us. Then, she called her boss in front of us and tried to lie. We chimed in (loud enough to be heard) and told her to tell the truth. She was insinuating that we broke the pen after we walked out. My friend gladly stated "check your security camera. We didn't even make it to the car." The white girl hangs up the phone and smiles. She says "in a nicer way than he said it, take this and get out of the store!" We proceeded to open it to make sure it was working. I noticed that the hookah pen did not have the stickers over the mouth piece or over the small hole on the side that draws the air in. Yep, it was a dummy. A prop. At that point, I said "we're black, not stupid!" I said "there's no hole on the side." She said "do you smoke it from the side?" I said "no, but look at the others, they all have the holes on the side for a reason." Finally, my friend grabbed another one, opened it up, and pulled it right then and there. It worked. We took that, threw that other crap back on the counter and walked out. There were other people in the store who witnessed the entire ordeal. White people at that. In fact, another customer (white) looked at me and shook her head in disbelief at how rude she was being towards us. It was clear at that point that they did not want OUR business.
