I ask a few questions, asked if he carried a particular brand and he said, "No". Then he told me I could walk into the humidor myself and have a look. Not knowing really what I wanted other then a Connecticut shade wrapped cigar I was left alone to find said merchandise as a solo mission. After trying to read what little info there was on the cigars, I was able to find one and picked up a few more for the ride home and to have on hand. I noticed he had carried a sampling from my previous request about the particular brand and told him that Ted's cigars makes the Makers Mark branded cigars. No comment from the older gentleman, handed him my $17.50 and walked out to my waiting wife. Very lacking in the customer service department. And people wonder why we buy most of our stuff online these days. What happened to Genuine Customer service? Is that really a dead skill? So sad, but I will not be returning to this establishment.

There are unlimited articles written about the positive and negatives of vaping on the internet, most are opinions and are very subjective. When I first became interested like most I looked to the internet to get educated but at some point you'll need to speak to someone before trying it out and this is one shop I highly recommend, the staff here has no agenda except to answer your questions, they certainly have seen a lot since vaping has swept across the country and after spending some time here I feel I fully understand the theory and practicality of this popular pastime. This is a really well put together shop with an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. If there is any one piece of advice I'd give it's liking drinking alcohol, the top shelf vapes are the only way to go, there are plenty of options for every budget but I prefer to pay the up charge for the quality since I am consuming. Some may argue with my opinion just the as bum leaning again the wall in back of the liquor store would if you asked him which is better Boone's Farm Tickle Pink or Dom Perignon...

However from a business standpoint I understand the shop keepers point where he said most people would want a little nic when trying out the flavors, so I won't knock points against him for that. Prices aren't cheap but are outrageous. Juices were average, but I bought a Griffen tank from them and it was about 60 bucks.
