Do I found this shop on an online search and was glad to see they were on my route through the area. Drove over, got a business call before I got out of my car so I sat in their parking lot and took my call while observing the 2 employees in the shop "working" without masks on and I thought "Cool...a place I can shop at". I finished my call and went in only to be told that I had to wear a mask, they had now put on masks and told me that I had to as well to be served there. Unf&&&ingbelievable was my instant thought. I said "you're joking right?" Apparently they weren't. Funny, they didn't look like cucks until that very moment. After explaining that I usually drop a hundred bucks every time I walk into a cigar shop I explained that I would take my money elsewhere and out the door I went. I was VERY pleased with my visit to smokes on state. the shop I used to go to was always out of what I needed or didn't carry it. there were 2 guys working, and they were very helpful and imformative. they had everything I was looking for including the glass replacement for my box. (I even had a hard time getting that from the manufacturer) so props to smokes on state. they had a wide variety of liquids/juices and great prices. I got double what I would usually get at ANY other smoke shop, and I spent about the same or LESS than usual. the only downside is you cannot sample flavors here. but with the laws changing for vaping, it is understandable, that's why I kept the 5 star rating. They stand behind their products zero percent. Got a new vape device and the charging port broke the first time I tried to charge it. All I got was send it in to the manufacturer. I've spent hundreds of dollars in their store and Im not spending another cent there. Plenty of other stores that actually value a repeat customer. read more

Smokes on state has great prices on their juice and a lot of their staff is very friendly. However, one employee struck me as extremely disrespectful and unprofessional when dealing with paying customers. On multiple visits I've felt intimidated and almost like I wasn't supposed to be there due to his attitude. So much so that I am reluctant to enter when I pull in and see his silver Hyundai Veloster. In my most recent visit with a friend, the moment my friend walked up to the counter this employee started treating him as if he were an idiot and made smart Alec comments that seemed to degrade my friends intelligence. I don't know if he was trying to impress a nearby female or had a long day but his behavior towards customers is both immature and unacceptable. read more

My go to vape shop for everything. Their house juices are the best. Be careful with tropical dise. They do warn you about the extreme coconut taste. I found my favorite house brand juice from them and that is BLUE CAKES! Blueberry pancake flavor. They let you drip test all the juices for free and make great recommendations for the flavors you like. They help you learn about builds and anything you want to know. Very knowledgeable. They have very popular premium juices as well. Next time I go in I am going to get enigma zeden. Which is a strong fruit flavors that changes with every puff. Please consider this place for any of your smoke shop needs. They have more than just vape items. read more

Guy with the long hair and dreads was a total jerk. I brought my buddy in to get a vape so he can start vaping and he treats us as if we were stupid and kind of belittled our intelligence. We just had a few questions and the dude made us feel stupid about it because he answers back with an attitude. Your glass is cool and all but because of that dread head long haired dude. I'm out. Very unfriendly to new customers. I was very excited when I saw they were coming to Sun Prairie but I have tried them three times now and had bad experiences every time. My most recent and last visit, I went there looking for a new juice flavor. I was tossed a binder with a ton of selections but when I asked about sampling one of the 100 or so house selections, I was told they didn't offer that. I was not offered any guidance or suggestions based on my current tastes (the staff didn't even ask). I did try two flavors I thought I would like and used less then a half a tank of both. I also tried to purchase some common coils but was told "every shop carries those so we decided not to". Well if every shop carries them, they must be popular!! Overall just a very cold and uninviting atmosphere unless you were one of the two dudes on the couch chucking clouds. If you are new or looking to try some flavors, look elsewhere. read more
