She approached them and directly said "you have to be over 18 to be in here" and pointed to the door, without ever asking for their id's or inquiring as to why they entered the shop. Gives off a real comfy vibe. Extensive walk-in humidor. When I was there the selection was somewhat depleted as they were getting ready for a big cigar convention that was taking place shortly after the 4th. My only knock (and it ain't much of one) was that they group their cigars by manufacturer. I've been spoiled by my Louisiana cigar shop that groups their cigars by the flavor body (mild, mild/medium, medium, medium/full and full)... If you do not know exactly what you are looking for then you can feel overwhelmed walking into that humidor. Luckily I received some great assistance from staff and was able to make a purchase of some nice sticks for my enjoyment. If I'm ever in the Tri-City area and in need of some smokes then I will definitely be making a stop in here.

I chose a Connecticut cigar because I just wanted a mild morning cigar to smoke. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable. I sat down in their sitting area to smoke my cigar and it was very comfortable. They don't sell any beverages so you need to bring your own. The air handling system work works very well. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area of downtown and want a quick cigar.
