Could have made a great sale... but the person running the store gave No Acknowledgment, I was told. They even had a slogan early on of "if you can't buy it here, you don't need it". The store offers homewares (glassware, plates, pots, pans and cast iron), decor, snack items, jelly's/jams, milled products, soaps, gifts, clothing, camping gear, and even barrels upon barrels of candy by the pound. With 2 floors fully stocked of product, it offers a glimpse of how things were in olden times. Pricing on many items is very fare, from what I saw and was able to compare. So I got on Yelp and discovered this place in Bristol and decided to take a drive to check it out. Nice store, long and narrow with muted lighting. Just how like I my cigar stores to be. Gives off a real comfy vibe. Extensive walk-in humidor. When I was there the selection was somewhat depleted as they were getting ready for a big cigar convention that was taking place shortly after the 4th. My only knock (and it ain't much of one) was that they group their cigars by manufacturer. I've been spoiled by my Louisiana cigar shop that groups their cigars by the flavor body (mild, mild/medium, medium, medium/full and full)... If you do not know exactly what you are looking for then you can feel overwhelmed walking into that humidor. Luckily I received some great assistance from staff and was able to make a purchase of some nice sticks for my enjoyment. If I'm ever in the Tri-City area and in need of some smokes then I will definitely be making a stop in here.
