They always take their time helping out customers, especially when someone new to vaping comes in and has questions. The store atmosphere is very welcoming and Joe and Deb are very easy to make conversation with. On top of exceptional customer service you'll also be able to find a wide range of different vapes and juices. Their store also participates in the Five Stars reward program which allows you to earn points on your purchases by entering your phone number. On another occasion, she just stopped answering my questions about a problem I was having with a product, rolled her eyes and called the guy over who works on the vape side to help me since she didn't know what she was talking about!
