I was a returning cash customer who purchased a supplement only to find the contents had been tampered with and replaced with Sweet Tart candies. After several phone calls and a return visit to the store I was not only refused a replacement or money back, I myself was accused of the tampering. Their resolve was to offer a minimal discount on a future purchase. Unfortunately this inferior quality of customer service does not warrant any additional purchases from myself at this place of business. It is pathetic that a simple transaction has had to escalate to not only a poor review but also further investigation.

I bought a 30ml bottle of Mr Salt-E liquid for my Suorin Air, we checked out and left. I got home, opened the bottle. I realized he mistakenly gave me the wrong one. I went back to the shop and tried to get a refund or possibly replace the bottle of juice and he explained that once I opened it I can't take it back, but out of the kindness he had, he gave me a 20% discount on any juice I wanted. I kind of shrugged that off because they didn't have the flavor I wanted, but I also took my mod in the store to see if it could be fixed and he gladly fixed it free of charge. As he was fixing it we chit-chatted, my buddy was in there too. He was overall a really genuine guy and was very nice. He fixed my mod and I wanted a new RDA. He took me over to the RDA section and once I got the one I wanted, he gave me a free build, and another free bottle of juice since I was given the wrong one. I wouldn't expect this place to keep throwing you free stuff all the time, but it just goes to show that this place really cares about their customers, and with the deals they give you and amazing price points, you honestly can't beat them.
