Products come in packages that have obviously been opened and resealed -- concerning anytime, but especially during a pandemic -- and die immediately. One of the guys tried to be helpful in finding a puff bar that worked -- we went through their entire stock before we found 2. The next time it happened the guy told me I wouldn't get my money back and he was going to call the cops if I refused to leave without a refund. And speaking of pandemic precautions, staff is almost never wearing face coverings and they don't seem to enforce it with patrons either. Social distancing is nonexistent. I have no idea how they're still open if this is how they practice business. Assuming it's because they sell to a lot of college kids who are too drunk to know that they're being scammed. Literally the worst business I have ever been to in my life. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

They also had the best price anywhere that included Walmart. S&S was a lot cheaper than Walmart and Target. The only problem I had was that they advertised a certain price on there e website and they had a higher price in store. They also would not honor the price on the website they said it was an error????? That is not good business. The staff where friendly and helpful other than for the price. As the pries there where amazing I definitely will go again.

I would consider this place an old school, traditional gem of a cigar shop. Most of the clientele have been customers for years and that really adds to the atmosphere. This place is very welcoming and the service is laid back, helpful, and offer one of the most extensive selections of cigars. If you are not careful you might get lost in the humidor!
