Pricing was much better than the rest of the shops I had shopped it with. I came back a month ago. Turns out the shop was sold to a guy named Thomas, so I was initially nervous the quality wouldn't be as good as before. It turns out it is now even better. They replaced a dented fender and dented bumper on my Infiniti. For an extra $40, they buffed my fogged yellow headlights as well. The car looks great now. Pricing was again good. And under Thomas, the shop has also hired a mechanic. My wife's audi had all these issues, and since I'd been so happy with the body shop, I figured I'd ask the mechanic about the Audi's issues. Essentially, my wife's Q5 was consuming oil I had to put in a new quart every month. The dealership charged me $500 for a diagnostic of what the problem was, and then told me that it would cost $8K to replace the pistons, but they couldn't guarantee it would fix it. If not, we'd have to spend $14K to replace the block. Adam told me he'd take a look. He performed a 1.5hrs diagnosis, and then fixed the car for under $300, including a $200 part. I'm not joking. This place is a gem.

The owner said he would contact me with an update on what he will do to reimburse me for my loss but never did. It has now been over two years and the owner still has not contacted me so I am pretty sure that boat has sailed. I am quite sad since my family has been going to him for over a decade now but I guess that's life. Sadly, I recommend steering clear of this place.
