A little while later the lights have been replaced, but I can't tell if the lights work because it's still day time. I wait until night and flip the switch. Nothing. I go back the next morning to let them know and they say "If we let you leave, it was working". So now they're calling me a liar and want an additional $200 for diagnostics that they didn't run when I first brought my car in. No thanks. I'll take my car elsewhere. I'm not trusting you guys if you didn't even offer the diagnostic the day before and tried to brush me off twice in 2 days. Six months later I'm moving to a new home and every light comes on in my Honda Odyssey, I took it in and the team assessed the issue. I remember the team saying to me, don't worry about it, the warranty is going to cover it. They came back with a huge issue with the motor, and rather than rebuilding the motor, Christian Brothers replaced the motor with a used motor with 65k less miles. In addition they covered a car rental for 3 days. Over the next few days they called to replace a few other things like a water pump so it wouldn't have to be done later and they paid for it. I was overwhelmed by their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. While at times they can longer than other shops, they stand by their work and use only the best parts.
