I don't like the way they've pruned the shrubs in our community because they look too formal and unnatural since they obviously use an electric trimmer and round them into balls or into boxy shrubs. And i asked for availability to come check the house out--he was willing to come that SAME day. He was able to come within the hour. He said he would have an estimate within 30 minutes once he got home (i live a little out of town at Gooseberry Point). He was very timely and i got the estimate so fast. The estimate was very respectable, and i very much agreed with his estimate. The best estimate i got for this project in fact. 50% due upfront on venmo, the other 50% on completion. I asked what the timeline would be, and he said he could start the next day starting 8:30am--amazing. His team was on time, and communicative with me over text--since i have a night-shift schedule and had to be gone while he was working.
