I've never had any issues with this business. HOWEVER in the last 2 months somebody recently hired (very feminine looking male with a ponytail, looks like a Discord mod whose name is probably Gary or Billy) has made coming here a customer service nightmare. I've never had as many issues with a customer service employee ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE than with this dude. He has in no particular order: -Made up prices on the spot without scanning the product, then nearly doubled the price after it was scanned and he increased it (???) -Been nothing but rude to me (actually cursed at me while I was trying to be polite, refused service to me while I was trying to pay) -Denying the credibility of my past veteran status for a simple 10% discount (prior Air Force for 14 years and still carry an active VA card/expired CAC) I sincerely dislike having to write this as I said. I've been a frequent recurring customer and have had no issues with anyone else here (have even met/spoke with the owner a few times while he was working/stocking who genuinely seems like a cool dude). With that said I have now taken my THC addiction down the street and I 100% RECOMMEND going 1-2 blocks down the street (maybe a 3 minute walk) to SMOKE & VAPE DZ- BLOOM. Not only are their prices on the same exact products cheaper, but they have an INSANELY higher selection of items to choose from and their employee didn't insult or call me names.

Now, they do have a medicinal CBD and THC, tho the THC portion is very light and not the actual flower with THC that is sold in recreational states. They do have, or did before Sept 1, 2025, vaps. They carry flower, gummies, oils, and other items. They do participate in the medical cannabis for what Texas claims as medical needs, tho the medical items they provide, again, isn't as strong as the items in recreational states. The store itself I feel is very nice. When I go in during the week, there is a gentleman there that is very friendly and talkative. He is always very helpful.
