The home was under construction and then remained unoccupied for a period of time, so the system had very limited initial use. However, once the property was rented, multiple issues became apparent almost immediately. The outdoor filter was leaking significantly, the water pressure throughout the house was extremely low (especially in the showers), and the water had a noticeable odor. These are not minor issues -- they directly affect the basic functionality of the home. Because I had a tenant in place, I had no choice but to resolve these problems quickly. I had to hire another service provider and pay out of pocket to correct the issues. I contacted H2O Systems to explain the situation, but they declined to provide any assistance, citing that the one-year warranty had expired. While I understand warranty limitations, I found the complete lack of support in this situation very disappointing, especially given that the system had not been in regular use during much of that time. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company clearly understand that once the warranty period ends, you may be entirely on your own, even in cases where issues arise upon first real use. I would not choose to work with this company again.

I called the city myself and they confirmed there had been no attempts made to pull the permit. They never pulled a permit for the first replacement! After 6 months of no movement from Pedro Gonzales (owner) I hired another company to do the work. They agreed to refund me 8k of the 10K I paid. This company has not made the refund and have stopped answering my emails or calls. These guys are bad actors and crooks.
