It did not come on. He said I asked him to turn it off - why on earth would I say that after paying him such a large amount of money?!! He sent his son the next day. He turned on the sprinkler system water but the sprinkler performance was defective. He could not figure it out. The "NEW" Rain-Bird sprinkler system he installed, for $150 was not new, but a used and defective machine on the wall. His son could not make it work right. He said he needed a tool and would come back in one hour. He never showed up. La Rosa company stopped communicating. I will have the system re-repaired by another company and ask LoRosa to reimburse the cost. There are other little upgrades he promised to entice me to hire him were not done.
