Be careful buyers: I was upsold a $200 "OG TUBES" water pipe that does not function correctly, according to the sellers description (I'm a nerdy PhD, so I am always sure to ask my clarifying questions). When I returned to the store and presented the issue to the "manager" (who was the person who sold it to me), I was told there was nothing he or the store could or would do for me. When I inquired about getting in contact with the store owner to discuss, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and said no. Thanks for the reply. In response to the coils, I googled my typical brand I buy because I figured telling her the exact coils and showing her my vape would of helped her grab the correct box of coils. The ones she gave me were for the Smok Beast and not the baby beast. Nonetheless mistakes Happen and if another couple and myself were too overwhelming for two employees, I can't imagine the errors if it were busy. The wrong size coils I could of dealt with. 12mg vape juice when i asked for 3mg was my main issue. But apparently it doesn't matter if I asked or googled what I needed if the sales person is vI appreciate your response but I'll chalk up wrong coils, 12mg instead of 3mg and a flavor completely different than what I asked as a loss. BEWARE This store is horrible . Prices are ridiculous, vape juice selection is very weak. Kid working the counter doesn't know anything, sold me the wrong atomizer for 15 bucks and wouldn't allow me to put it in inside the store, so I walk outside the store to find out he sold me the wrong one, I go back inside and he refuses to exchange or return and blames me , for him giving me the wrong atomizer. I then tell him that I'm not going to be coming back and he laughs and says "good!". Kid with the long blond hair is seriously rude and going to run this business into the ground with his attitude, I will definitely not go back. There were about 6+ people in the store keep in mind this was during 11pm and with one guy manning the counter. He also knows what he's selling in the store, which is a plus. He pays attention to each customer which makes the experience good. I don't know much about the products Smokeys sells (i was with someone who knew what he likes to buy from Smokeys) but so far the shopping experience is great. Store opens from 10am to 12am except for Sunday which closes at 10pm. Price range is pretty affordable depending on what you're buying. If you know what you're looking for great, if not, Benjamin will help you because he knows his shit (pardon me). If you have Yelp, make sure to download the app so you can get 10% off when you "Check In" and show it to the cashier or whoever is helping you. Would not recommend this overpriced tourist trap. I live down the road and local prices are about 40% lower at surrounding shops. Bought a disposable CBD vape at Smokey's, it didn't work right so I asked the proprietor and he said that's how it works. Well it's dead 20 minutes later but still full of oil. read more

Came here last night wanting to buy a piece. We got the smallest one because we're only in town for a few days. Once we saw how much he was going to charge us ($67) we asked why it was so expensive. The gentlemen turned red as a tomato and was like oh let me check again. He did changed the price to $45. You shouldn't take advantage of tourists. We went to ABC and got some Swishers. I got a couple and looked up on Youtube how to roll them. After seeing a couple of videos I tried it and messed up the first one but the second one came out pretty good.
