Last night, Tuesday at approximately 8:20 pm I needed a vape refill and said the flavor I wanted and pointed in the direction a box I thought was my flavor. It being 6 feet away apparently I pointed in the direction of a flavor that wasn't mine. The incorrect flavor was given to me and has the exact same color box as my flavor so I didn't think twice. I opened it and discovered the mistake. I returned the next morning, expecting an exchange, considering I clearly asked for one thing and received another. Shockingly the employee called the manager who was the one who helped me and she refused because she says I pointed and she gave me what I pointed at. As a person who spends over $1,000 a month and a daily customer, you'd think they would side with the customer. Nope. And a $20 vape just cost the company somewhere in the neighborhood of $14,000 a year. Not the only game in town I promise. So I'm taking my business where it's appreciated. I suggest everyone save themselves from eventually getting screwed.
