While there was music playing in the room, it was toned out by the music and voices coming from outside the room. Staff outside the room seeming to talk very loudly to each other to talk over the loud music. The lighting in the room was such that it felt like I was under a spot light the entire time I was lying on my back and felt blinded even with my eyes closed. I realize I sound picky, but I spent $170 there and I expected a zen like experience and felt like it was anything but that.

I had lip blushing done this…read moreyear with Vivian, and previously I've had eyeliner and brows done here as well, all with different artists. Every experience has been consistently excellent. Vivian was incredibly clear and upfront about the lip blushing process, including the fact that it can be more intense than eyeliner or brows. For me, that was true, though I know it varies by person. My first pass healed lighter than I wanted, and at my follow-up Vivian really listened. She made sure I was thoroughly numbed and adjusted the color to a richer shade that I love. She also explained that some lips simply don't retain pigment as easily, which was reassuring and helpful to understand. Healing was easy, and I'm excited to see how the color continues to settle over the next few weeks. What really stands out to me about this studio is how kind, attentive, and thoughtful all of the artists are. One consistent approach I've noticed is that they intentionally go lighter at first, which makes total sense. You can always deepen the color at the follow-up, and it avoids ending up with something too intense. Overall, another great experience and I couldn't be happier with the care and results.

I prayed to find the right person because permanent makeup isn't something that grows out like hair. Rhonda is so kind, professional, and talented! Her shop is meticulously clean. The parking is free and plentiful. Her shop is not shared with anyone else, so there is privacy, and it's adorable! Her prices are very reasonable as well! But the most important thing is Rhonda knows what she's doing! I had my brows and top eyeliner done. I don't know how she does it, but it was nearly painless. (I'm not gonna lie, the initial pass before the anesthetic kicks in can sting a bit, but even that was more tolerable than I've ever experienced.) And I LOVE the results!! It has been a year since I had my hair done (I wanted blonde, with dark blonde and strawberry blonde peakaboo streaks). She told me she would do blonde( 2 shades) ...not what I wanted but ok. My hair is not anything like I wanted!!! I showed her like 6 photos of what I wanted and she acted like she understood. She kept complaining about how long it was taking, how usually she's done sooner, my hairs so complicated etc (like everything about my hair was a pain and sooooo much work for her). Her and another stylist talked crap about 2 different customers after they left. She was rough with my hair (my neck was all red and scratched after I left there from her combing my neck instead of my hair). She left dye on my scalp and told me to clean up myself!!! I will post what my hair looked like last time I got it colored which is what I wanted done this time and what it looks like now. I feel horrible because my niece recommended this woman and shes horrible!!! Also conveniently, today was her last day working at this salon. Waste of $200 bucks!!!
