When I got home I would lay on the couch for hours. I could feel my body slowly shutting down. I had figured out that it was gluten and grains that had done the damage (thanks to watching a recording of Ronda speaking from a conference about the symptoms) but while I had stopped most of the damage by removing them from my diet a few months previous, I didn't know how to actually help my body heal. From the first phone call I made to get my appointment I knew something was different! Marci was so kind and warm and helpful!! Dr ronda was funny pleasant real and INCREDIBLY knowledgable! Even though I now do my appointments via telephone (because I'm out of state) I still feel like they are right there with my encouraging me and holding my hand through this! They speak from experience on many of the things I was dealing with as well as the treatments she prescribed! It's super encouraging to know someone's there cheering you on and that they have been there and have had victory! I can honestly say I'm already feeling better and noticing changes!
