Her work always last a month or more on me, which means that she uses high quality lashes and adhesives. She is very experienced in this field, yet she is very humble about it. She is passionate about her work and the business she has build over the years despite being a busy mom also. I call her super mom! She listens to her customers and she takes the time to explain and evaluate options with them with no pressure at all. Her customer service and response time is good also. The business is located in a cute little house on Grand ave with a designated parking section for her customers. Pang took the time to look at my eye shape, tell me what type of curl she suggests and why, and just took the time to guide me through all of my choices. The lashes she uses are not super synthetic looking (like many places I've seen and have been been to) and look like natural lashes. I decided not to get a fill to see how long they would last and it was about a month before my eyelashes started looking really sad. The space was cozy, simple and clean. (I was 10 minutes early.) I will be extremely upset if my card gets charged for services not provided. UPDATE: I am adding screenshots of my correspondence with Alison yesterday after calling me twice and texting me three times and her "respectfully asking" me to take down my reviews and stop posting them. NOTE my review was 100% truthful, I find it horrifically unprofessional of Alison to continue to blow my phone up pressuring me to delete my reviews. Additionally after my cease and desist request she responded stating I was the worst experience in 4 years of business and she'd never contact me again yet hours later posted replies to my reviews trying to control the narrative. I received the reply wherein she said I was the worst experience in 4 years of business. Then hours later she posted replies making it seem like she was 100% trying to rectify the situation. Did I post my reviews in fear of my card being charged even though she was a no call no show because of a review from another woman who stated Alison didn't show up and her card was charged $375, so I made sure to protect myself best I could from that happening? I was really excited when I confirmed my appointment a week in advance following their email instructions. I showed up at my reserved time, but the door was locked and nobody was here. I waited for about 20 mins, still nothing. So I just left. I can't believe I drove about 40 mins just to be stood up. I'm really angry and disappointed at this place. I guess clients are just not important to them.
