The person that I found to fix my lashes explained to me the lack of knowledge you have on placement on my lashes. Unsure why the lashes had been placed so awkwardly. Plus one of my past stylists that I sent my photos too said Oh Wow I quote when she got the pictures of what you did. Asked if she could share with you to show you what was wrong with my lashes. So 2 stylists saw so much wrong with the work that was done.

Not only did she chop the front of my hair off making my inverted bob a regular bob, She absolutely butchered the layering. Now I'm left with very short, choppy ugly hair that will take 1-2 years to grow back. I will need to pay someone to fix the layering and I'm left to look like a boy for months. Stay away, great clips does a better job! And the worst part is she didn't seem to care.

Everyone deserves to take a vacation, however the business owner/lash artist should also consider accommodating their client when they report losing multiple lashes in one week because their over due for a fill! Verses expecting them to wait over a week until their next scheduled appointment! I was told " I have nothing, I'm really busy fitting people in since my vacation". "I absolutely appreciate you, I appreciate all my ladies to the fullest". "I just wish there were more hours in the day". After receiving that response via email, I felt far from an appreciated customer who always kept scheduled appointments, referred others and left a generous gratuity in her hand every two weeks! If you decide to use this studio please have a back-up lash artist on speed dial because you will NOT get worked in with Sheila unless she's reworking her schedule prior to going on a whimsical vacation! FYI ~ Sure adding copious amounts of glue to clumps of lashes verses individually placing them will most definitely make the lashes stay on but it's not healthy for your natural lashes. I always wondered why my eyelids were so puffy/itchy at times and how she was able to do a fill in 45 minutes. It took my new lash artist a while to remove the glue clumps! It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. The staff was all so welcoming, fun, beautiful, and very talented. They made the experience very comfortable. I had my very first airbrush experience and left feeling so happy and flawless. I couldn't get over the fact of how natural my makeup was and how light it was. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to have Kess do a brow lamination for me. Again, this is a new treatment for me and I was blown away. I didn't realize I actually had that many brow hairs. The lamination came with a brow tint and she definitely perfected the color. She asked if I would like a scalp massage while the treatment sat on my brows and that definitely elevated my experience.

I got a spray tan done by Erica before I left for vacation. I exfoliated my skin that morning and…read moremade sure not to put anything on my skin after I showered. I showed up early and she got me in early, which was great! I planned on wearing a swimsuit but she said a lot of women go topless, so I did. Erica made me feel totally comfortable and the process was very quick and only took about 5 minutes. It was my first time going to this salon so it was 50% off and only ended up costing 20 dollars! I followed all after-care instructions and wore dark loose fitting clothes home and didn't do anything the rest of the day except lounge at home..but I still ended up with weird uneven streaks on my hands and wrists. It wasn't as bad as when I got a spray tan by a machine (mystic or norvell) and the rest of my tan looked great, but I just wish the tops of my hands and wrists looked more natural.

I paid extra for a package that supposedly included a foot softening treatment, but was told it was only a basic scrub -- and that the "real" softening would cost extra. Had I known that, I would've just gone with the basic pedicure since it already includes a heel scrub. It's confusing (and frustrating) to see so many upgraded package options if the services they advertise aren't actually included without more upcharges. The pedicure itself was fine -- my cuticles and polish were okay, but nothing special. Honestly, it looked like something I could have done myself at home. For the price I paid, I expected more professional detail and finish. Another thing to note: they offer 20% off one service for first-time customers who pay in cash. Be careful -- they'll try to upsell additional services (as many salons do), but that discount will only apply to the cheapest service, not the most expensive one. I originally only wanted a pedicure and declined several offers for add-ons. Eventually, I agreed to have my cuticles cleaned on my fingers, not realizing that it would be $30 -- and that the 20% off would apply to that instead of my $80 pedicure. That's partly on me for not double-checking, but as a professional (I worked as a makeup artist for over a decade), I always made sure to inform clients about add-on prices before proceeding. Overall, I won't be returning. I was going to give 1 star, but since my nail tech was kind and apologized for the confusion, I'm giving 2 stars to acknowledge her effort.
