I was texting him three or more times a week to set up another appointment. After six/seven weeks I gave up. The lack of customer service is appalling. After we made several calls and emails, we got a call back from Mike telling me they were closed that day (even though the website said they were open and let us schedule an appointment and we were sent email confirmations). Mike rescheduled us for another day and said he personally would handle the appointment. Then on the 2nd day, again no one showed up. We again made several calls and finally a technician (not Mike) arrived over an hour and a half late. The technician worked for another company called A-RZ Cleaning. It seems like all CM Mobile Detail does is schedule the appointment and then another company actually does the work. And CM Mobile does a very bad job at coordinating the appointment. Next time we will just contact the company that actually does the work directly. We sent an email to CM Mobile Detail letting them know about our experience and giving them a chance to respond, and after two weeks we have gotten no response. Extremely bad customer service and overall experience with CM Mobile Detail.

I feel like I just got ripped off! I just sat inside my car and got a good look at it after Mike…read moreleft and I'm not happy with the results. The main thing I wanted to do was get the smoke smell out and clean the interior. I chose not to get the $125 ozone treatment after Mike got here because once he shampooed the carpets, I didn't smell the smoke as much. However, he was supposed to still clean down the inside of the car and none of that was done at all!! The carpets were clean but under the seat the carpet and metal thing is still filthy! The inside (interior) of my windows and the rear view mirror are dirty and was not cleaned at all. The cracks of the corners of the front seats on the floors is still dirty, The inside of the doors still have trash in it and have not been wiped down( I've got pics). I'm not sure what I spent $200 for today but if it was just to vacuum and shampoo the front and back floors and inside the trunk, then I totally got ripped off today! I decided not to get the ozone once Mike got here because once he shampoo the car, I couldn't smell the smoke as much. But $200 for a vacuum and shampoo that still left trash and dirt behind inside the car to me is unacceptable. We had agreed on interior being cleaned as well as shampooing the carpet. Yesterday, we had agreed on $275 with the Ozone treatment, but once I didn't feel like I needed it after the shampoo, he still tried to charge me $302. We settled on $200 but what I got today wasn't worth $50!! And I gave him a $40 tip. I couldn't get in the car after he finished because he told me the 9 minute ozone treatment he started (I stopped it because I didn't need it) shouldn't be breathed in, even though it was such a short sound of time, so I couldn't get a good look at the details - only the carpet where you put your feet. Last, I was told one price before today and once he finished, an even higher price, even though he didn't even do but 10 minutes of the ozone before I stopped it. I'm not satisfied at all! Once I got into the car, I tried to call and talk to him about it, but it went to voicemail. I am still stunned that I spent $240 on this service. He really should try to make this right because this is totally unfair! He finally called me back, of course, he said he didn't get my message today (but he got it yesterday). He was very argumentative and was not concerned about my experience only the fact that I posted this review. And on top of all of that, something very suspicious happened: I paid him cash $200 for the service and a $40 tip and he refused to give me a receipt on-site for the cash payment or refused to correct the incorrect invoice he sent to my email. I still haven't received it and he left almost 5 hours ago. I don't trust this company no matter what the other reviews say because my experience was totally a wrong and Mike Rock is completely unprofessional.
