Wasn't looking for a hand out , hook up , deal or anything of that sort , just needed a Great service and was super excited to know exactly who to call. We did not have a good experience with CM Mobile Detail and would not recommend them. We scheduled an appointment through their website and even got confirmation emails, but then on the day of the appointment no one showed up. After we made several calls and emails, we got a call back from Mike telling me they were closed that day (even though the website said they were open and let us schedule an appointment and we were sent email confirmations). Mike rescheduled us for another day and said he personally would handle the appointment. Then on the 2nd day, again no one showed up. We again made several calls and finally a technician (not Mike) arrived over an hour and a half late. The technician worked for another company called A-RZ Cleaning. It seems like all CM Mobile Detail does is schedule the appointment and then another company actually does the work. And CM Mobile does a very bad job at coordinating the appointment. Next time we will just contact the company that actually does the work directly. We sent an email to CM Mobile Detail letting them know about our experience and giving them a chance to respond, and after two weeks we have gotten no response. I found Mikes company by a google search. I called him and he ended up having a cancellation and ended out coming the same day!. We had him clean 2 high end vehicles. He did a fantastic job!! We have now used him multiple times and I have passed his name on to others who have also used his services. CM also does pressure washing, snow removal, carpet & furniture cleaning. I was able to book an interior-only detailing appointment easily through their website, and I was very impressed with the job Mike did on my car. It is so convenient to have him come to my work to do the job and my coworkers even commented on the stellar job he did. I received a full interior detail on my vehicle the evening of Sunday, June 24, 2018. The next day, my headlights would not turn on. So, I took my car to the shop, and was told I had water in the wiring harness. It did not rain nor did I get a car wash after my detail was finished. I notified Michael Foy of the issue, and took my car to the shop. Mr. Foy is the owner of CM Mobile Detail, and the one who performed the detail. I had to pay $160 at the shop to get my headlights checked. I asked Michael to reimburse me for the money I had to pay to get my car checked. I had no issues with my headlights until after he performed the detail. On July 2, 2018, Mr. Foy told me that the request was forwarded it to their legal and insurance department and I will more than likely get a response by July 16, 2018. It is now August 22, 2018. I have not heard from Mr. Foy or any legal or insurance department. I did not ask for my money back that I paid for the detail plus the money I had to pay the shop. I only asked that I be reimbursed for the $160 I had to pay the shop. I'm extremely disappointed in this company. read more
