Most of them know me by name and I know theirs. Today 7/27/2025 I went to Top Shelf, and they( same person who has sold to me numerous times) wouldn't sell to me because my drivers license had the hole punch because i was waiting for my REAL ID. Well I have been using that same drivers license at the same dispensary for over a month with the same employees with no issue. Now today its an issue. This doesn't even count the number of times when I've reached for ID and they've said "don't bother we know you.". 2. The accessories they sell are cheaply made, and way over priced. They sold me a cracked bong and wouldn't take it back even with receipt. All the dispensaries around here the same pretty much stock and price wise. Basically it comes down to customer service and today Top Shelf Cannabis failed bigly.

She also was combative and not approachable. For being a dispensary you'd think she would have been sympathetic and enforced policy but instead she killed the vibe and was totally rude and offered no solution. Horrible customer service. I've talked to other people who frequently buy there and they all say the same thing about her! They lost a weekly customer due to their customer service and employees not doing there job. I will be spreading the word to friends and family. Will go an extra 5 minutes to Smooth Roots!

In that time customer came in behind me, and was immediately helped even though she was in the middle of helping me. Went to sell her the last cart they had without scanning her id. Turned back to scan the ladies id, and then she realized they were offering to sell that one cart they had left out from under me. Offered it to me at that point, but I was genuinely appalled by this ladies customer service, and decided to leave.

Have had this before and met Ms. Jill for whom the strain was named. Very tasty usually but found this version lacking its well known deeper flavor, but this is a personal preference of using more natural sugar in the growing process. This is the reason for 4 star rating and not 5. Flowers were weighed out in front of customer, thank goodness! Its worth the extra price for the reliability of an open transaction at this shop.
