Got in touch via cell phone with the owner and she informed me that ALL of her employees were out of town and her sister, who was supposed to be watching the store 'must have left early'. She then proceeded to ask me if I could stick around for 45 min (after I LEFT WORK for this and drove 20 min). I said I couldn't. Then she said she could be there in 30 min and she would give me 50% off. Fine. This was the only time slot I had. This conversation happed at 2:04 pm. 2:34 came and passed. Her mother showed up looking for her and visibly irritated that no one was there. She informed me that Mardi Gras was where all the employees were. WHY a business owner would allow every employee off in the same weekend is beyond me. Then her mother said that the sister had to leave to take her 4-year-old to the dr. I get that, but there should have been communication with the owner for her to come up there if the sister couldn't stay all day. Or AT LEAST call the rest of the appts. and cancel them. This was at 2:39. Her mother called her and she was then 15 min away. 2:54 came and went. I waited until 3:10 before driving off. I wasted an hour and 45 min of my time for literally nothing. Not a place I would recommend to anyone that has to stick to an actual schedule. Can't speak to any of their work since I didn't have anything done other than sitting in a parking lot for over an hour.

According to the door sticker, the main building's official hours are until around 5 I believe. I was confused since my appointment was at 7 and the main door was locked. If you're stuck in this situation too, just try opening one of the side doors with an arrow sticker. Besides that, I really enjoyed my experience with her. She was really quick, thorough, and gentle.
