We were the only people in the store, we still waited 35 minutes for 4 smoothies....3 of them were children's size. We were patient but confused by what took so long. It's the most inconsistent, poorly run business I've ever seen. Our family has tried HARD to give the stores grace (both locations) and have bit our tongue through bad smoothies, weird random closures, etc. We have taken the bad quality and undependability trying to be loyal customers. We order the entire family a smoothie at least once a week. There are five of us. We independently will get smoothies. No more. Today was the last straw. Drove to the South College location with our 20 month old to get our three kids a smoothie for their lunch. Was told at the drive through they are only taking online orders. I'd have to park, sit in the parking lot and place my order. They refused to let me order. I had CASH. This is not customer friendly to so many. Not everyone has the app. Would they refuse to take my parents order and their cash?! Absolutely ridiculous. I went home and made our own smoothies. Kept my money. They don't want it. I love this place! There are so many options of smoothies that the only trouble you'll have is deciding which smoothie to get. The smoothies are pricey but if you're here for a snack or a very light breakfast, this is the place for you. I got the slim-down-vanilla 20 oz. and it's definitely enough to make you satisfied and the flavor is just right. I don't know a place that can make such a good vanilla shake so I often come here for anything involving shakes without feeling guilty. The interior smells like hand sanitizer though. I'm not sure if the people working there realize it but you get the feeling of healthiness and cleanliness to the point of sterility. The service is great and the people there are attentive. Service is not great. They have so many different types of smoothies, and I am not a frequent customer, so I'm never 100 % sure if I'm ordering correctly. They'll make sure to make you feel dumb if you don't say the long confusing name exactly as it should be said. Once I get to the window they're as rude as they were when I ordered. Notice I'm saying "they" because I don't want anyone to get reprimanded individually. Instead I believe it would be helpful to talk to the staff as a whole. I've had this same person a few times before, and they are rude every time. If I'm paying almost $6 for the 20 oz smoothie I'd at least appreciate a smile! The only sizes they have here is gigantic and tremendous.. I swear the drinks are nearly as big as the entire cluttered building they are made in. I ordered the pomegranate and ended up with about ten pounds of nasty tasting, mostly water, sludge that I then had to pay eight bucks for. I ended up drinking about two sips of it, it was so gross. I paid eight bucks for two sips of nasty sludge. I will say, though, that the girl who made that gross smoothie was very friendly. Takes forever to get your smoothie, i waited for 20-30 minutes with only 3 or 4 cars in the drive through. wasted a lot of gas sitting there waiting. there seemed to be enough employees to finish the job, however my smoothie still took a very long time to make. I love their smoothies, which are always tasty and quickly made. But, on my visit this morning, the cashier was flat out rude. She seemed irritated when she was asked a question about a coupons. And she was inpatient when we were deciding what to order (which was only a few minutes). At checkout,,, when we were paying the attitude escalated continually.
