Smoothies are good but the wait here is horrendous. There is no reason for there to be 4 employees in the front with at least 3-4 more in the back (who were laughing nonstop) and 10 customers waiting 20+ minutes for their orders. Every other smoothie place (and really any other food service place) I've ever been to has their employees working on multiple orders but I watched each employee stick to one order at a time and wait for the blending instead of cleaning the other blenders or starting another drink. The blender jars stacked up at the sink and by the time I was leaving, all the blender jars had been used which means that there would have been a stand still until the jars had been cleaned. I asked for a refund because I had to get to other things and couldn't wait any longer. Makes me wonder how much money this business loses out on due to inefficiency. read more

It's been a long time since I've been to a Smoothie King but it's brand spanking new and I wanted to show some support. The Staff here is really friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky unfortunately. They got a really large menu and they cater to so many types of people for their smoothies whether you're a casual, vegan or fitness etc. Type of smoothie consumer. Prices in my opinion are a bit high for what I'm accustomed too but besides drinks, they sell a lot of munchies and drinks to grab and go for purchase. I'm really disappointed...I go in there all the time and order and no problems. Today I ordered and I asked for no bananas in my smoothie. I don't like them in my beverages. After I tasted it.. it was sweet and I can taste the bananas the girl LIED TO ME AND SAID IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY BUT IT DID. I didn't make a stunk about it. I just left. People have allergies or certain foods make them sick. They shouldn't lie to people. They should just willingly fix the mistake. Just disappointed that people are that lazy.
