Aliyah the store manager was helping me. The store was out of Açaí I agreed to go with a Piyaya base bowel I asked for the topping to be the same as the Açaí bowel and to add the coconut sprinkles she said ok. Once she finished my order she didn't add the coconut. I brought it to her attention she rolled her eyes and start slamming product down. I went on to tell her I didn't make the mistake she did, she went on to argue with me about the order, then said she had to charge me. I told her to just refund me she roll her eyes and continued to slam things down and called someone to ask how to do the refund. I said it's no reason to act unprofessional and ignorant she then told me I was ignorant. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I'm very upset that smoothie king would hire someone like this to represent their company. I'm an Army Combat Veteran that served my country for 15years I didn't deserve this treatment. read more

I came in on Friday ( 7/18/2025). Two young ladies were working, Selah and Amire. Selah was very sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. She helped me pick a smoothie and I loved it!! Her recommendation was spot on!! For that I have no complaints plus, I have a new favorite drink!! Too bad I can't share sentiments for the other employee, Amire. To start off she had on extremely distasteful black leather shorts and her butt was almost out. It was disturbing as a customer and didn't seem professional at all, especially since her coworker had on black leggings. Is that a thing? Are dress codes no longer required? On top of that her customer service was horrible!!! I wanted to ask where the manager was but I saw her shirt read "team captain", so Im assuming she was the one in charge. I'm not sure if this (attire and poor customer service) is the standard that Smoothie King is setting but it isn't a good one!! Now knowing her name, I have come in to this location multiple times and she always seems to be in a bad mood and not once have I seen her in appropriate bottoms and she seems to be there a lot. If you have young children, just keep the lack of dress code in mind! read more

My daughter and I have come here millions of times (maybe an inflated number, but you get it)! The staff is always nice. It's usually kids who are in this locations but they are very respectful and helpful. On this visit, it was nothing different. It was a little busy this evening as everyone was getting the $5 Friday deal. It's every Friday and it's any smoothie for $5 in their largest cup. Try them out! read more

The store is clean and looks updated, the smoothies are good and service is quick. The manager, started with a D, seems to be struggling a bit with the process though. Maybe he's just not a morning person, but he has seemed a bit hung over the last two visits in. I get it. This location, at one point, had great customers service but, it seems like that's era has passed. This was my second day in a row they did not get my order right. The first time, the employees were busy arguing with each other over store responsibilities to properly enter and complete in my order. The second day, I was the only one in the store at 7am. The counter wasn't stocked so a few trips to the back must have forced the young lady to forget what I wanted in my smoothie and cup size. Store also needs a good cleaning. read more

Visited this location every day while in the Columbia area for our post protein shake. My favorite shake is the nutty grain with an extra scoop of peanut butter. For an extra boost of protein you can switch from the plant based protein to the gladiator (my bf eats meat). On Friday they have $5 smoothies which was a nice saver. Employees were friendly, location was clean, everything on display was organized. In addition to smoothies, they sell protein bars, powders, shaker cups and more. read more

Love that they have vegan options!!!! The pineapple spinach smoothie is a win!! It's my go to smoothie every time! I do wish they had smaller size options other then the 20oz for the entire menu since the 12oz size is an option only for the kid's menu. They do allow you to purchase any smoothie you like and put it in the 12oz cup but at the 20oz price, when doing that you have the internal fight of calories vs money lol. Still, you receive quick, pleasant service. I do agree with another review that the counters need a little TLC, especially by the ice. read more
