Waited in line 40 minutes. No way out of the line due tonthe curb. This location is severely understaffed and unprofessional. There is nonsense of urgency. Everything is ice cold by the time you make it to the window. Worst of all, there's a handmade sign saying there's no milkshakes. That is the primary real I came here. Terrible experience! Even when I'm the only car in line, I can expect a 20 minute wait on a burger on my lunch break. I am nearly 36 years old, and this is the worst fast food experience I've ever had in my life. If your eyes fall upon my message please run run run run run! All the reviews about this place are true, it is garbage. Run my incompetent staff, the robotic ordering system, and worst of all the long line. I waited nearly an hour in line because there was no alternative way to get out. Unfortunately, at the same time, I was having a low blood sugar episode, and I was not able to get food. The line was very long and slow but this was a new place so that's to be expected (I guess)...which in return I would expect food to be hot and fresh. We did not get the speaker to place an order until 1 hour after waiting in line. Another 30 minutes to get to the window to pay and left 20 minutes later. They did not have any bacon which was not communicated at all. If I didn't check my bag & see there was no bacon on the baconzilla burger or loaded fries and bring it to their attention they wouldn't have said anything. I asked for a refund on both items and was told that they cannot give refunds (???) but could give me an additional fry to replace the bacon (???) The burger patties were very thin and were cold. The fries are not what I remember, they seemed to have changed the fries. Although the loaded fries didn't have any bacon, we attempted to enjoy them anyway but the ranch tasted spoiled as if it was not refrigerated . The ONLY thing that was good were the apple pies. They rung me up a total of 3x (2 were canceled) but there is a lot of unorganization. Maybe some additional training would be beneficial to both the staff and customers. HELL NO I been standing here 20 minutes and you just served a Female who got her food at the Window! Opening day was a tough one the line was wrapped around the building, being the newest burger location on two notch rd.The service was ok considering the amount of people on opening day.The line was all the way up two notch rd had a steady flow.I parked next door and walked over ordered from the window.There are places to sit outside on a not so busy day.They close at 4am.I tried the number 1 BIg Buford with fries and a drink.The burger was fresh and hot along with the fries.Management did a good job keeping wait times done.Next time I'm on two notch looking for a burger will definitely stop by. read more

If you go there , make sure you have plenty of time. Once you're in the lot, you are pretty much stuck there. Then when you finally get to the speaker you are ordering to a robot!!! The robot ended the order in the middle so when I got to the window they gave me my food but forgot one of the sandwiches that it did get and for the rest of my order they made me park and walk up to a window... then I had to wait again for the rest of it. Waited a hour half , finally got up to order thing and it's a ROBOT , started my order and the robot cuts me off and tells the total I wasn't not done nor did I say "that's all " there's a paper under the speaker that says say "Team member" for a real person so I did and silence .. said it about 15 more times nothing. Tried the new location on two notch road. drive through was long, and once you're in the parking lot, youre stuck. After hour plus, AI takes your order. The worst part is the food. Everything was salty! Fries are NOT the curly fries, mozarella sticks are salt sticks and not cheese. Over priced, salty food. was not worth the wait. Dont believe the hype. McDonalds is 10x better.
