I go here frequently to order an detox island smoothie. At my most recent visit I had a lime added inside and that was very tasty. Depending on who makes it, sometimes you can taste to ginger and sometimes you can't. But I enjoy it best when I can taste the ginger. It make me feel healthy lololol! read more

Stopped in here after placing an online order for pickup. My daughter and I were heading out of town. I have been hooked on their new seasons all drink and I have been getting it from another location. We walked in and one young lady was making our drinks and the other two were having a conversation. No one greeted us or asked us for our order. After we stood at the end of the counter, one of the females asked "did we have an order?" Well thank you for asking.....yeah, I'm sure it is the one that is being made now. We grabbed our drinks and headed out! The drink, which is the Cranberry Crisp, is so friggin good, was not the drink I'm used to! It didn't pack the punch and flavor and I made no customization to my order. I'm not sure what the difference was, but it was glaring. I usually stop at the Two Notch location and trust me, I will continue going here! If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I'm a huge smoothie guy but I'm just as big on the service that I receive as well. This Tropical Smoothie shop was on point with the smoothies. The service was definitely mixed. As you walk in, the ambience is nice. Everything is exceptionally clean. The workers wear gloves and frequently change them out to make sure you're receiving quality smoothies. However... the energy of the place was very off. The manager was very nice along with the kiosk staff. However, the people working the smoothie machines looked at you with these very mean looks and I couldn't understand why. I'm not here to be mean mugged. I just want my smoothie, ma'am! But overall, if you ignore the occasional poor service from those working the smoothies, focus on the immediate customer service, and enjoy a nice view, this could be your spot. read more

I have never really cared for them because they always contain bananas or some random flavor I hate, but this place caterers to my tastes & that's what I need! Most smoothies are decent, but for the love of all that is good, do NOT get the chai smoothie! I would rather listen to a Maroon 5 song than drink another drop of it! Stick with the fruit flavors! Watermelon and mojito are great summer drinks and the pina colada one makes you feel like summer! The drive through line is long during peak hours. Go inside and enjoy your beverage/wrap/quesadillas! I love this location! I usually get the sunshine sunset fruit smoothie and call it a day, but I've recently delved into the flatbreads. The chicken pesto flatbread is the best! The chicken is moist, the pesto is plentiful, and the flatbread is fluffy. I typically order through the app and pickup through the drive thru as the dining area is still closed. The lines are always long, but the app speeds things up and tracks loyalty points. I can get a smoothie, flatbread, and chips for under $10! One visit lasts me about two meals, so the value is definitely there. I'm yet to have a problem at this location. read more

Ummmm okay - someone needs to investigate the whole drive through situation! I placed an order to go inside during the lunch hour and waited maybe 15 minutes for our two smoothies and entree. The wait was reasonable considering the number of people who ordered before me. When I left, I saw cars outside still in the same spot they were in when I entered the restaurant! I believe this place is promising and has a great variety of healthy options to offer, but if the drive through doesn't pickup the pace I'm afraid they'll lose business. As far as the food, it was pretty good. I ordered the Sunrise Sunset smoothie, which was delicious and reasonably priced. My sister ordered a chicken pesto wrap and peanut butter smoothie which she rated 4 stars. Overall, I'll likely return since the location is convenient and inside service is pretty quick! Had a lunch meeting and I got the Caribbean jerk bowl salad with chips and a smoothie. The salad was good but a little small for the price. The smoothie was good. The place was clean but lacked some professionalism. A girl came in, she obviously knew people who worked there, and started a random conversation. It wasn't inappropriate but it would have been better wisdom to not do that with customers up front. Also, i did not feel the energy or excitement. I didn't order from here but my god you guys need to fix your drive through. You block the entire parking lot. We had to wait 10 minutes in line just to get out because we got blocked in. You have your drive through order area and then immediately have the window where you pay/pick up your food. there's only a space for one car in between when you order and pick up. You have the window all the way at the end of your building that would clear up your drive through area and the parking lot. Use it. That's ridiculous read more

Been eating here almost bi-weekly thanks to it literally being around the corner and having the Beyond Meat Chicken option to satisfy my vegan needs once I remove cheese and such from my wrap. This location is a little farther from me than the two notch location but I gladly drive out my way to go to this location because of how consistent it is and the fact that I know my food and smoothie will taste great read more

Smoothies are amazing. Only reason for one star is the fact that it takes 5 minutes to go inside order a smoothie and have them make it. But if you go through the drive thru you will sit in line for at least 10-15 minutes waiting. The customer service is horrible!!! Unless you have a lot of patience... good luck read more

I won't eat here again. The smoothies are great but a miss on the consistency of the food. I always order the humus wrap however either there's no humus or a VERY small amount of humus. I'm a vegetarian so my choices are limited elsewhere. The wrap shouldn't be called "Humus Wrap" if they're only going to put a tiny amount of humus loaded with lettuce. Just imagine you order a quarter pounder or a whopper sandwich and the beef is the size of a small breakfast sausage. Very disappointing!
