This is consistently the worst smoothie king I have ever been to, service-wise (the smoothie we managed to get once was fine). Twice now, well before closing time, we were refused service. The first night the girl working turned on the automated closed message so we didn't get a chance to order and I will give it a pass because it was 15 minutes until closing. However, we showed up 25 minutes before closing tonight and had one car in front of us, so we pulled to the speakers and our order was taken, then we pulled to the window and no one ever came to the window to get our money or give us the smoothies that we'd ordered. In fact, the girl working (the same one from the previous night) walked by and looked at us, made a face, ignored us, and then ran back and hid in the back and switched the lights off. It was still 10 minutes until closing at this point. We honked the horn gently twice to get someone's attention but she didn't come out of hiding until we pulled off (we saw her come out from the back on the way out of the parking lot). Very unprofessional because there were two employees there at the time (one guy and this girl) and neither helped us despite arriving in plenty of time. Fortunately, we were able to go to the store down the road and although we arrived there *3 minutes* until closing (and we should have gone there first and will from now on) the girl working graciously made us a smoothie despite it actually being close to closing time at that point. We apologized to her and explained the situation, and she had no problem making our drink. So I'll leave my 5 star review for that franchise, but this one doesn't deserve even the one star I'm having to give it. If you can spare the extra mile and a half, I'd advise taking your business to the SK on Highway 90. read more

Rude, disrespectful, don't care. The usual. One of the geniuses there actually stated to me: "...I'm doing you a favor...I don't care if you do business, or not.. Really! I hope SK bankrupts into oblivion - losing my business won't of course, cause that but enough of us might. Or, at least shutter this garbage store. I spent 45 minutes trying to place a pickup order using the junk app, and also a browser. Password resets that don't work...just a joke. Moreover, this was not the first time I had this crap experience with this joint. Until a couple of weeks ago, I had never tried SK. Now, I know one big reason why. There are several, several other similar places I can get this type product and the great thing is, a few of those are locally owned. I'll do business with them instead of this arrogant, repulsive, dump with dumb employees. DO BUSINESS LOCALLY and stop giving your hard earned money to these corporate pukes that, as she said, "..don't care..". No, she don't care because she is very likely not the shop owner. Nevertheless, they ought to better train their clowns. Nothing I said to the fool that answered my call was directed to them personally. 100% SK related only and the clerk (lol - not even a decent 'clerk') simply did not like it that I had big complaints, and was vociferous in making that known. They'll probably be hopping from one food clerk job to the next for the rest of their working life. Pathetic. Maybe someone could train that person for some de-escalation skills. read more
