I received all notifications as usual, from Michelle, she did her part and my order was ready for pickup 11:30am, I notified them through the system that I'm on my way at 1pm and 1:02pm I confirmed my arrival and the system showed associate is heading my way. 8min later I called when no one showed up, I'm told they're looking into it. After min without update and I'm there waiting on the call, associates talking among themselves. I hang up and called back to be told there was a system issue and my order isn't ready.
