One of my most favorite grocery stores for cheap, fresh, organic produces. Sprouts are your local friendly grocery store. Always very clean, organized, with super fresh produces at a great price. I don't do all my grocery shopping at 1 store. Depends on the deals, what I need, I usually make a trip to 2-3 grocery stores back to back to back sometimes. Sprouts is my go to store for most organic things: organic coconut water, fruits, veggies, ice cream/gelato, bulk products. They also have healthy, but still very delicious snacks like the coconut rolls or coconut brownies. And depends on if they have recently restocked, you can get really cheap and fresh flowers from here too (I once got a dozen of tulips for about $6!) If you sign up for their emails, they send out about 2-3 emails/week for deals as well as coupons, which come really handy. read more

Last evening (6/21/24), I stopped by Sprouts on Debbie Lane to pick up a few items. I took my bags out to the car and decided to go back in to use the restroom before leaving. It was 9:45 PM and I was tired after a long day. I inadvertently left my wallet in the stall. I didn't realize my mistake until I got home. Frantic, I called the store which was already closed. I spent a fretful night, waking up every couple of hours to look at the clock. This morning I was standing outside the store at 6:50, waiting for it to open. I told the young man who opened the door that I had left my wallet in the ladies' room. He nodded and said "Letha found it." He led me to the Bakery where he introduced me to Letha who trailed us to the front office. I was handed my wallet, safe and sound. I tried to give Letha a reward, but she wouldn't take it. Went in today May 22 to shop for a customer order and encountered such a unique associate on two occasions stopped her task to assist me with finding items I needed. Unfortunately the department i needed help with i discovered was closed and nobody was present except for Teresa in the meat department. Luckily she was walking by on her task. I interrupted and she willingly assisted before I knew this was not her department. She didn't reveal this at this time. She kindly went to check inventory. The second request for assistance and she did the same even more by locating and slicing deli meat I needed. After brief professional chat and discovery of her personality did i discover her responsible area that she glady stepped away from to assist me. I have been to many stores not often to find workers willing to step outside their department's imaginary line to give help with heart and smile with down to earth character and sociable personality. Thank you Teresa. You are a huge asset an a valuable team player at the Camp Bowie/Waverly Way Sprouts location in Fort Worth. The quality of the products is slightly above-average but the customer service is mostly terrible! I have shopped at this location since it opened and never thought the excitement of having a location this close to home would ever have me considering other options but, I am. There is one "Head Cashier" who is always so very pleasant and welcoming and another (who is often there at opening) who is a terrible reflection on the store and the company. Multiple times I have been there within the first 15-20 mins of opening and she has neither greeted me nor said anything as she began ringing up my groceries. I've had multiple dealings with her and they all have lacked any semblance of customer service. This type of "service" and from what is supposed to be a Head Cashier, spreads to others as was my experience a few days ago. As I approached the register the cashier had her back turned to any approaching customers playing on her phone. Once I was about done loading my items, she turned around and began ringing. No greeting, no "did you find everything you needed," nothing. Then she set all of my items besides the reusable bag I brought with no intention of putting them inside. When asked she said she thought I may of had some special way I wanted them loaded in the bag so she left them for me...What? This location is literally 2 mins from my house but just as I left my favorite and extremely close car wash when quality & ownership changed in favor of another location 7 mins away, I am likely to leave this location due to the terrible customer service. I understand there are shortages of workers but, this shouldn't cause the standards to be completely discarded. How much do I love Sprouts? So much! And I am one of those weirdos who love grocery stores. In my opinion, Sprouts reigns supreme. Let's start with customer service. They know what that is! Their employees are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. Their sales ROCK. Also, if you go on Wednesdays, it is double as day. Everything from the last week and current weeks as sales are available. If they are out of something, they are happy to give you a raincheck which doesn't have an expiration date. Their sushi rolls are also $5 on Wednesday. Their meat is great and I always stock my freezer when there is something I want on sale. Their produce is amazing, the cheese section is impressive, and they have an olive bar. As for their bulk items, they've got coffee, spices, nuts, grains and trail mixes. The spices are great when you are trying a new recipe with unfamiliar ingredients. Also, they often have people sampling stuff. Not just on the weekends. Be careful the online delivery app, I got delivery from this location, I got a notification for a replacement request of an item, I submitted promptly just for it to be ignored and replaced with something I didn't want. The shopper wasn't attentive and got me rotted strawberries, I'm a caregiver to my husband who has cancer so I can't just get up and take it back when I want to until someone comes to watch him for me, thus the reasons for delivery, I'm just disappointed in the lack of quality checking produce and lack of attentiveness. read more

3 words: DARK CHOCOLATE HONEYCOMB (also comes in milk chocolate)!!! It's to die for!!! Sprouts makes it and it's in their bins with all the other assorted chocolate. The thickness of the chocolate and the texture/crunch of the honeycomb create a perfect combination. It is unbelievably good! I can't get more than 1-2 pieces bc I will eat it all! Love sprouts and wish they had more around the area. They also have a great selection of local and organic products. Prices are very reasonable. I have been a long-time, loyal customer of Sprouts. I have shopped at their Mansfield location every week since it opened. I spend a LOT of money in their store every week. Yesterday, the rude teenager with no customer service skills demanded to see my face mask and decided that it wasn't good enough. Evidently, Sprouts has made their mask policy more oppressive than the state and local orders. I was harassed in the store by three employees and made to change my mask because they didn't like the fabric that it was made out of - as if it matters - a flower-print fabric mask can't stop a virus anyway. As a long-time loyal customer, I expect to be treated better. It is their right to over-police their nazi-like mask policy, but it is my right to shop somewhere else where they value their customers, understand customer service, and don't harass their customers about a stupid mask. I was in this store to complete an Instacart request. I attempted to approach the Store Manager on 2 different occasions to ask about an item. He ignored me both times. When I got to the checkout line I was asked by the cashier if I found everything ok I told her no I did not. She did not say I'm sorry or what were you looking for or have anything to offer except have a Blessed day at the end of the transaction. There was hardly anyone in the store and I just felt like I was unwelcome. In these trying times I would think that any business would be appreciated. Horrible service. I stopped shopping in this chain of stores because of their high prices, snobby attitude, and the fact that most of their items are not organic at all but full of sugar. However, the other day I happened to be in their neighborhood and went in to purchase water, and their K.G.B went after me, asking me to wear a mask . "I am immune" - I said, but he did not let go and refused to let me ring out. The cashier barked something behind her mask, and gave me this icy cold Sprouts-style look, that I've seen before, when I shopped there two years ago. I went out without the water (they probably would not let me buy it even if I was fainting) and decided to boycott Sprouts Market. No idea why anyone would wear a mask when there are medicines and vaccines around, let along force someone else to wear a mask. They are a bunch of hypocrites, since people who really believe in health foods would know very well that the best way to overcome illness is a healthy immune system and not masks that interfere with breathing! And btw- if these workers believe so much in the power of their mask, what difference would it make if I don't wear one? Isn't the mask supposed to protect them from sick people?
