Steak for the Steak Wrap, Mac-n-Cheese and Turkey for the Turkey Wrap. No worries. They close at 8pm, they are establishing their business and volume, and we were going to have burgers anyway ... Ordered and paid at the counter and took a seat at a close by table. We ordered a basic burger, a Jalapeño Burger, two fries and a side Caesar salad (a chicken Caesar, with no Chicken), a couple of iced teas and a peach smoothie. The smoothie, teas and salad were served almost immediately. Smoothie was very good, as was the Caesar salad. The burgers came out shortly and were well presented, with all the fixins on the side. The fries, while tasty, were a tad too greasy. It could be that the oil needs to be changed ... Burgers were good and cooked perfectly. The Jalapeño Burger was made with fresh sliced Jalapeños. Nice. We went back and got a Peach-Pineapple and a Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie. Both were ok, but enjoyed the just Peach one the most. All were a good size serving too. Pleasant staff, working hard, seemed clean in the dining room and what we could see of the kitchen. Dining room could use some personality, which will come with some time and regular business. Honestly, I like fresh food, so for them to run out of a few items close to closing time, makes me feel better about their operation. I used to frequent a place in Columbia, SC called Motor Supply Bistro. They had a chalk board menu and as they sold out, they'd cross through it.
