Service was good. The cashier seemed pretty patient with me and informed me the Almond Milk tea doesn't contain almond milk. But it has Almond artificial flavoring (when I tasted my drink it didn't tasted soft, nutty, sweet. It was very bitter and tasted a lot like artificial flavoring). Which I agreed to, however this was 20 minutes before closing. I understand the urge to leave. Anyways my niece order a tiger drink, that was wayyyy too sweet (when we got home we mixed the cup & added more milk and it was still too sweet). Adding boba to your drink is an up charge. The large cups seem like 16oz cups. With the taste of the drinks I didn't think it was worth the price, quality, and quantity. The employees there is honestly the reason I gave it two stars instead of one.

i've been enjoying abc boba since opening in 2020 and haven't stopped. the owner used to take orders and was so genuine and friendly. every drink i've gotten is always so good, and pairing a drink with a pastry is even better. the staff is always nice with fast service the place is cozy with a corner full of books and board games, perfects for hangouts. read more

The boba and drinks themselves are great. I've tried several flavors and all of them have been pretty good! The ladies who work there aren't the most welcoming or friendly when it comes to customer service. I've learned that that's just how they vibe though, and I've never had "bad" customer service per say, they're just not your local friendly coffee shop baristas (that's at Fresh Market Coffee downtown ) read more

I've tried Boba shops up and down the I35 Corridor, and the best Boba shop (outside of DFW and Austin) is this place. Over the last 3 years, the custom service has gotten exponentially better, and the owner is constantly updating her menu with new items and flavors she's trying out. The seating area has slowly been updated with newer furniture and decorations which tells me the owners care about their business and want to improve. It's not just about the money, but the passion for their products and creativity. My friends and I live in BFE and will gladly drive the 45min for their Boba. read more

I have to say if you don't have enough staffs, then pls don't do this business. There were only 2 staffs kept busy preparing at the same time one of the staff was also a cashier, I mean I can tell when there are more customers here, the service and everything was so slow, like waiting forever. And I don't know why some ppl said this boba tea taste good, the boba tea here are basically just full of sugar and syrup, not authentic boba tea at all. The only thing they gon do is just increase ur blood pressure. Will never come back read more

The coconut milk tea is my favorite! Mango, coconut, strawberry smoothie are good. The only thing I don't like is that after a certain amount of time the boba starts to burst at the bottom by themselves. I like to drink the smoothie and pop the boba in my mouth. The best place is boba world in Lewisville. When I'm lazy to drive out there; I go here. read more

Maybe when you're making drinks and you get syrup on your hands you SHOULDN'T lick your fingers and proceed to make a drink. I'm sure that you have a wet towel or paper towel that you can wipe your hand on....or hell wash your hands. (It was ol' girl with the pink hair.) read more

Honestly I thought this place was gonna be good, boy was I wrong the service was horrible i got 2 drinks and it took 15 minutes to get them. The worst part of it all is that the drinks weren't even good! The Thai tea was way to sweet and didn't even taste like Thai tea. The salad toppings were a little more roughly chopped than i would like but it's a rustic vibe. Very cute spot, worth a visit for lunch or a sweet treat. The folks working were really friendly and helpful.

Let me start by saying, we have been to this restaurant and location before. Typically, the…read moreservice is okay, today it was terrible. Took a while for anyone to take our drink orders. I ordered ice tea, husband ordered coffee and orange juice. Throughout the meal, never offered refills for the coffee or tea and had to ask twice to get the coffee refilled. One bus person was told, and he literally just walked away and didnt even go near the coffee. Never returned, never looked our way and realized oh darn I forgot, nothing. Told the server once, she forgot, then when she passed, pointed to the coffee finally got some. Morning breakfast, I would think passing coffee would just be a norm. For food, I had the corned beef Bennie and it was good. Portions were okay. Husband had biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns, hash browns were burnt. Not very good. Overall, the food is good, the service is iffy. And I am not a prude, but honestly the attire they wear is a little off-putting. Short shorts, baggie shirts that are old and worn, and crochet vests. Holey jeans, short leggings. I don't know, not looking for a uniform, but maybe just a little bit cleaner and more presentable.

Bittersweet Bakery

Today I picked up my gender reveal cake from a different bakery. We do gluten free- loosely for my…read morekids so that's what I got- had to drive a ways too. When I picked it up, it did not look like my inspiration pictures. There were purple flowers on the sides with pink one (no purple in the inspiration pic), no pearls, no vintage lattice work-just pipped the flowers on the sides with green stems (no stems in the pic) and the top writing. I was disappointed. I asked them to include blue flowers to balance out that it felt a little too girly, and they went back and added them which made it look better. I am not sure if the inspo pics got lost in the shuffle or if too much creative lee-way was taken but either way, I felt a little let down but was not going to let it ruin my day. However, on the drive home I still felt like it was pretty, but just not what I had in mind. I decided to call Bittersweet which is local to us and ask if they could add a few elements like the lattice and pearls. Faith was so kind on the phone and told me to bring it in being also clear that they aren't gluten free. I understood, but since we don't have true allergies I told her I was comfortable with them fixing it. It would not medically harm anyone if there was cross contamination. When I got there I showed her the original picture and sent it to her personal phone. Later I went to pick it up after taking my little to lunch, it came out it and was FANTASTIC! They added all the elements it was missing that I wanted and loved. It still doesn't exactly match my pictures but it looks SO cute now and I am very very happy! When I went to pay, she told me to just go enjoy my cake and that they were happy to help. THIS is how you win business, friends!! ANYTIME, I am ordering goodies, back to school treats for teachers, holiday yummies or cakes that aren't for my GF kids, I will be getting them from Bittersweet!!!! Thank you, Faith!!!
