This location has issues! The app shows that they are closed on Thursdays! I placed an order through the app and got a confirmation but upon arrival the worker did not turn on the lights or unlock the doors. They FINALLY answered the phone at Noon today. The GM "Christina" let me know that they are human so they were late and the worker needed to prep the store. She told me that I could file a complaint and that she could refund my money ONLY if I provide my card number. Um why would I trust her since the first guy claimed that they opened at 7 today when I'm fact at 7:23 they were not! I asked who the owner is but all she knows is "Bob". Everyone is always so friendly at this location. Parking while shared by other establishments is always plentiful. This location is pretty efficient even during the lunch rush hour when they get fairly busy. Obviously it's Smoothie King prices which you'll have to content with because of the name alone, but this location is pretty good about consistency and living up to the Smoothie King name so you don't mind the prices so much. It's still SK, it's not an all natural smoothie place, so as always, check your ingredients for added sugars and making sure the smoothie you're picking is a healthy choice. A lot of SK smoothies can tend towards being like milkshakes in the nutritional department but SK does a great job of making all their nutritional values available online so you can do your homework and know what modifications are needed before your visit. read more

I have been to this location 3 times in the last 10 days. The door was opened at 7:13, 7:15, and finally 7:17. The employees are entering the establishment at 7:00 and preparing to open. Walked into this smoothie king location at 7:30 the woman that was working looked up at me and I said hello how are you. She ignored my greeting and proceeded to walk to the back. After returning she rudely said her system was down and she was only taking cash. That was our only interaction before I exited.On top of the rudeness, her saying the system was down was a lie. I saw the pos and it was up. System failure will give you a blank screen or error code. She just did not want to make the smoothie because she was in the middle of breaking down. I am not the person to write negative reviews but this place is worth the time! I recently moved to this side of town and every single time I come here to get my smoothie, it taste horrible. If you ask for any modifications, you can forget it tastings right! When I ask them to remake it, it take 20-30 min. WTF!! THEN, it still taste like shit! The location off Skibo is always on point! I guess I will make that extra 20 min drive over there bc I will NEVER come back to this location. The short white girl on morning shift with short black hair can't make smoothies.
