Great experience at Smoothie King! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and my smoothie was fresh and delicious. The store was clean and welcoming, and they had plenty of options to choose from. My favorite smoothie to get is the Key lime pie from their secret menu! What a terrible experience. I got a BOGO coupon in the mail, and thought I'd give my wife a little surprise by trying out the smoothies at our nearby Smoothie King. So we go in all excited, but the minute I pull out the coupon, the clerk says, "Oh that only works with the app." At that moment I would have walked out if I were alone, but now my wife is looking forward to her smoothie. So the clerk says to just use my QR reader to download the SK app. My phone is kinda new so I had not put a QR reader on it yet. So I download the QR reader, then try to use their QR thingy to open the app. Of course, then I have to open my email to find the link to open the Smoothie King account. I thought, "Bump this... all this just to get a discount on a smoothie!?" I told my wife to just pick out a smoothie she wanted because I wasn't going to waste any more time here. So she got her smoothie, for full price ($10) and asked for a small cup to share part of hers with me. Unfortunately, the clerk gave her a smoothie in a broken styrofoam cup, so it spilled all over when she tried to give me a little of her smoothie. My wife wasn't quite as disgusted with the whole experience as I was, so when we got home, she tried to open a SK account. After a frustrating thirty minutes, she gave up, and never could open an account. If the coupon had mentioned needing to have an account: 1. I never would have even gone there 2. at least I would have had some warning about all the hoops you have to jump through to get a smoothie. Obviously, I will NEVER go to Smoothie King again. But the saddest part of this whole disappointing experience? The smoothie actually tasted pretty good. read more

I was in a hurry so I stopped inside for a quick refreshment. I usually go to another location so I was pleased to see one here while I was on my way back home from a trip from my dentist. I got the Angel Food smoothie. It was done perfectly and so refreshing. Since I have had their smoothies in the past, Angel Food is always my go to smoothie in a pinch. There was one lady working and she wasn't very friendly but she made up for that with presenting me with a cool and delicious smoothie in a prompt manner. read more

We came here because they were open and craving a smoothie. Walked up and the doors were locked. Lights were on, employee was working. Very disappointed. Been going many years then havent gone as been working different office across town. Now back ft Myers started frequenting local store few blocks down college pkwy. I was told lost my 6k points very upsetting they wouldn't honor so i just won't come as often so now reopened acct on app and didn't get receipt was hectic so the 3 girls grabbed receipt close to my $10 bill and said go online and download and it will give me my points. Well no points lost again and tried emailing thru smoothie king website and no such luck. As expensive as they are and money i spend and hubby this is shame. Big corp cheating ppl again read more

Smoothie King makes pretty good smoothies, and that's something coming from someone who has worked at a Jamba Juice for a couple years. However, their drinks are tempered by the fact that the staff there is usually very dismissive whenever you enter the store, and one girl in particular (might be a longtime employee or manager) ALWAYS looks like you're annoying her whenever you order anything. -- Also expensive! I don't know whether Smoothie King management reads Yelp posts or not, but could you guys please switch to different material cups? You can't recycle styrofoam and it makes me feel bad purchasing your product in a container I know will end up in a landfill. --------------------------------------- Update: The manager contacted me about the problem being resolved (thank you!) and every time I've been back to this location since the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. read more

It's a GNC meets juice bar (okay, so it's a smoothie, not a juice). First time walking in, look left, look right, look straight ahead... man, I haven't seen this much supplement push since I went mall walking and ended up in a General Nutrition Corporation. The counter people seemed a little over eager to help - like they were hopped up on whatever energy supplement they drop into your drink. I decided what I wanted, ordered at one counter. Was told to go to the next to pay and pick up. As I'm waiting, I am looking around. Store is TINY. Mostly healthy alternatives to taking a daily dose of fruit and veg. This is the store for the people on strict diets. Not the every day person who wants to try something new. The "small" (20 oz) smoothie cost $4.97 after tax. There are no price lists anywhere. Not on their order board, not on the take out menu. They don't want you to know what your wallet will be crying for later. 3 stars because it's an interesting place, and it gives me the chance to possibly go back, as I am willing to try them again (smoothie was actually quite good!). read more

Being a Cali girl, I am used to Jamba Juice. I have tried Tropical Cafe and it does not compare. However after trying Smoothie King, I must say it is a new favorite. I had the Keto Berry and my daughter the Pineapple Surfer. Both delicious and customer service was top notch. read more

I looooooooooooooove smoovie king!!!! I was just visiting but if I lived there, I would come here everyday. ACAI BERRY SMOOTHIE ALL DAY !!! (with energy boost) I love this smoothie so much. My boyfriend brought me one when I was upset with him.. and it actually worked. Okay well, maybe I just love smoothies. I typically make my daily smoothie in my Nutribullet, but since I didn't have one in Florida, Smoothie King had to satisfy my cravings. They have a bunch of other fitness/health-related supplements and protein bars (Quest bars!) for all you swole folks! The smoothies aren't cheap but exactly what you need on a humid, 90 degree day.
