Completely the work service, there is a big line of people on the drive thru and 3-5 customers waiting inside for their smoothie.... I took them 30-40minutes to make 3 smoothies. Everyone inside looked very unmotivated and not wanting to work. If you want something quick to get, DO NOT come to this place. read more

I don't know about the smoothies but the smoothie bowls are amazing. I absolutely love the PB Swizzle Açaí bowl. It has an Açaí Base topped with granola, strawberries, blueberries and bananas with a peanut butter drizzle. I like to add hazelnut drizzle which makes it just right! read more

I go to smoothie King every day depending on what side of town I'm on this location is the worst. I have seen from walking in the door. You could just notice the dirt that is around let alone the restroom is disgusting. When they prepare your smoothie, you can see the old residue of other smoothies made in the blender. They barely rinse them out and just throw more ingredients in. I was so disgusted I had to walk out. I know a lot of smoothie kings are franchises my owners who don't care and most likely own gas stations as well that are also dirty. Please do something about this location. read more

I came for the strawberry hulk (my favorite) smoothie I was recently learned of the smoothie king happy hour, but the assistant manager Blake informed me that this location doesn't participate. I was disappointed but he informed me of the benefits of becoming a member, and introduced me to a new smoothie which he allowed me to sample. Really good! This is by far the worst smoothie king I've ever went to. I go to smoothie kings around houston almost daily. Never do I deal with bad customer service and just all around bad experience like I do here. Never have any base made. Most of the time my smoothie taste different from other locations. I drove to this location on my lunch break because I was craving a smoothie. Once I arrived at this location it took about 10min for somebody to finally take my order at the menu. Additionally, as I pull up to the window the server never asked for my rewards QR code to scan even though I was holding my phone out of my car to scan and she took my card and once i paid I was told I couldn't get my reward points. She then called someone else to the window who was allegedly the manager and she wasn't any help either. More importantly, I waited another 15min for my drink just for the server to hand me my drink with smoothie leaking all over the sides and dripping everywhere and got an attitude when I asked for napkins. Who hands someone an order with stuff leaking all over the cup? Once I got my napkins the server quickly shut the window and I figured I would let other people know that this location is terrible. The service, wait time, and everything else was terrible. I would recommend finding another location. read more

Came in on a Thursday night. It wasn't packed in the inside, but there were a lot of cars in the drive thru. I went inside to order thinking it would be faster, but I was wrong. It seemed as though the drive thru got completely taken care of before they worked on my smoothie. I guess next time I'll just go through drive thru if I want to get served faster. Other than that it wasn't too bad, just a regular Smoothie King with the same menu options. The workers in there at the time were nice. There were like three or four people already inside waiting for a smoothie bowls. The workers are sweet but omg they are the slowest and make horrible smoothies, They move so slow and is always understaffed there. My smoothie was disgusting. The customer service at this location was piss poor. Walked In to Ofer a drink because drive thru wasn't moving at all and the employees didn't say a word. Other than "Are you ready to order?" Thats was a first sign. So I ordered thinking maybe they will work effectively to get the customers out of the line. I am a frequent customer however this morning after making a mobile order I drove up to the window as I've done several times prior, the "manager," comes to the window clearly annoyed. She hands me my order then proceeds to say in the future it will help if I stop at the speaker because she has lots of customer.......mind you I've come multiple times and have been told to do exactly what I did this morning. I will be returning to get the information on her higher up. To add insult to injury I am currently 8 months pregnant and just did what I was instructed and have always done. After the experience I had this morning at the Smoothie King on Wallisvillle Road, I am not surprised they have such a low rating. I have been going here for years and this is the first time I have encountered such rude behavior and disrespect. When I ordered my smoothie with an upsize because it is Friday i was told that I needed to have the app in order to get the dollar off on Fridays. I have never needed the app before on Fridays and was caught off guard and nervous because I had to download the app and set up the account immediately at the window in order to get the dollar off on Fridays. I am an elderly lady and am not very fast when it comes to downloading and setting up accounts on my phone. The white girl at the window with tattoos (who claimed she was a manager) was very rude and condescending because I was doing it so slow. I could hear them laughing at me inside because they were so loud and asking each other what I doing. I finally got it set up but I left without the order because the way I was being treated and laughed at I didn't trust drinking anything they had because they could have spit in it or anything. I could hear the laughter and see them looking out the window at me as I was driving off. I have never been so humiliated in my life. It is really not fair for all the employees at this location to receive this low mark because there are also some amazing employees at this location.
