Had a random taste for a smoothie after picking my son up from school so we came to this Smoothie King location in the shopping plaza with Academy and Hobby Lobby. We went through the drive though and took a while to order since my son was choosing his own flavor very carefully lol but the cashier was patient and kind and didn't rush us or anything. Then once I received my smoothie it somehow dropped in my car immediately and the cup broke smh. Luckily enough for me the cashier was able to take my broken cup and give me a new one. Saved the day! I went to get a smoothie for my lunch break. Went through the drive-thru and ordered. Girl tells me my total at the window $10.58. I get my smoothie. Asked for a receipt... Tell me why a $2.12 tip is added to my receipt when I didn't authorize one? I had to get back to work so I called. No manager available. The district manager was there. Didn't even get to speak to someone but an employee. I was told it happens all the time and to come get the tip in cash. I'm sorry.. that is fraud. It was an "accident"? Maybe. Worst experience I ever had at a Smoothie King. The employees where walking around like zoomies and not attentive to the customers. No manger on duty to address customers concerns. This place is going downhill quick if this continues. Sanitation is questionable as well, as this place has a funny smell like old mop water or bad fruit.... either way it still smells unpleasant. read more

This location is just not good. I actually stopped going to smoothie king all together about 6 months ago bc of this store. The people working have no concept of time I guess except for when it's time to close...an hour early. Literally get to the speaker and before they even ask what we would like to order we get "it's gonna take 10 or more minutes to make your smoothies just to let you know"...it was evident they were annoyed we even said that was fine and continued to order anyways. There was not a soul in sight in the drive thru or inside sooo it shouldn't have taken "10 minutes or more" for 2 smoothies. When we get to the window, tried to pay cash. They said "we aren't accepting cash at this time" why?? Because they probably didn't want to have to count the cash drawer. Ridiculous! If your store is open until 9, that's the time it is open until, not 7:50. Do better! read more

Definitely a zero! Don't order using on-line app. I ordered a bowl on-line and paid for it. My daughter went to pick it up and was told they were out of ingredients. My daughter then asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give a refund for on-line orders. None of the workers seemed to know what to do. They offered to take her name and number for the manager but that was it. Once again, charged for a smoothie bowl that I didn't receive. This has happened at the other location also. My sister and I came here after ordering from a restaurant nearby. Places our order and drive to the window. The girl at the window seemed very confused, asked us if we ordered two smoothies and they were together. We have both worked service industry jobs so just agreed to let her have her moment and not say anything. Then she starts asking about a drink I ordered for myself, the pineapple kale, which I had mistakenly called the pineapple spinach, but she was very confused and mumbling to herself but didn't ask us any questions. 8 minutes pass by and we get our smoothies, she says "here's your pineapple spinach and strawberry smoothie" so my sister drives off. I go to drink my smoothie and there is peanut butter in it. We turn back around to fix the situation and the confused blonde is still confused when we try to explain the situation at the menu box. I'm trying to see if there's even a green peanut butter drink on the menu when she says "well you ordered a pineapple spinach and we don't have that" so instead of clarifying with the paying customer, she handed us the most prevalent allergen in the world. We drive to the windows again and I'm assuming it was the manager this time but she did not care at all about the mistake, she didn't apologize or anything. And if I had been allergic to peanuts then what? I am completely baffled that instead of giving me the "mango spinach" which closely resembles what I said, or turning on a brain cell and making the correct "pineapple kale" they decided to completely mess up the order and hope I wouldn't notice. UPDATE: I talked to corporate who told me they would contact the store to get in touch with me about my refund for the order that was NEVER delivered to me BUT 5 days now and I haven't heard shit or got my money back. I just tried calling the store and it comes up INVALID number. I have been getting smoothies from Smoothie King for years. NEVER had any issues until moving to Kennesaw. But after this I don't think I will EVER order from them again. Their customers service SUCKS. I am out $24.44 since it doesn't look like I will ever receive my refund. This is my 1st time ordering on the app to have my smoothies delivered from this store. NEVER use Door Dash those drivers don't know how to follow directions. My smoothies were delivered to the wrong house and the driver refused to go back and actually deliver them to me. Now I have to wait to get my money back. If I want them delivered in the future I will order from grub hub those drivers know how to read precise directions. read more

I received glowing customer service at this establishment. I was greeted with a smile and I myself left with one. I have never been a big smoothie guy but i find myself craving the sweet aroma of the kind workers that expertly craft those fruity drinks. One member in particular, I believe his name to be Nathan, made me the most delightful concoction of eggplant and peanut butter smoothie, (Yes, I am aware that that is an unusual request,) but i felt absolutely no judgment and was treated to the best eggplant smoothie of my gloomy life. read more

Went to this smoothie king with no one in the drive thru, waited 5 minutes with not even a hello. Went to the drive thru window and knocked and a girl walked right by me. Went back to the drive thru board and waited another 5 minutes. Parked and went in and all I get is "sorry we're busy" with two people waiting in the building and no one still in the drive thru. I love Smoothie King, but the staff at this location can be pretty rude. When you enter it's not a very welcoming experience. They look at you as if saying with their body language, "what do you want?" They definitely look like they don't want to be there. And they're incredibly slow, with or without additional customers. This Smoothie King is within walking distance of where I live, but I'd rather drive to one of the two Smoothie King's located 5 & 7 miles away for better customer service. read more

I love coming here, its a great, fast, and healthy option. However i came in on Wednesday Sep 16, and it was filthy. There were two teenage girls working who seemed very tired, grumpy, and ready to leave, which makes sense because it was about 6 pm, and im not bothered by that everyone has bad days. I only write this to maybe help with the cleanliness of the store. There was water on the checkout table, the trash was full and spread around the can. There was a mix of powders and water on the other counters and a lot of ingredients that were on the counter. No one else was there when i came in so hopefully no one else made a fuss.
