Yummy smoothies, lots of healthy snacks (trail mix, energy bars, PB2) to choose from, & generous with coupons. Service is always very friendly, & it takes approx. 6 min to get a smoothie. This is a chain, & you can view nutrition, etc on the web. There are a few small tables to sit while you wait, or to drink your smoothie there. The establishment owners are very attentive, I've heard them hear out someone's complaint almost without a second doubt, customer service here is phenomenal, as the owners keep an eye and they're almost always there, very nice! Many other people have worked and served the establishment there, attractive college students mostly, great point system and always clean! I've been going there since I found out about it (2 years now?) and it'll never not be an establishment I don't visit. Not only because they do their smoothies right (thick) but because I'm always well greeted, respectfully and attentively! They're all well informed about the products they have and carry, I've gone in with cravings and the staff always seems to get exactly what my tastebuds are in the mood for. read more

I love Smoothie King smoothies but I have a problem with one of the employees always locking the doors about 15 minutes early. Several times I have arrived about 15 minutes until 9 and see him inside but the door is locked even though the hours posted are until 9 p.m. The last time I arrived at 15 minutes until 9 I knocked on the door until he opened it. But the Smoothie he made for me was horrible this time so I think he was mad. He asked me if I wanted turbinado in my smoothie and I said yes definitely and then he deliberately left it out. He also left out some other key ingredients because I basically just got a cup of colored ice. I think the owner should have a talk with this fellow. Nothing Torks me more than employees who close shop early after the customer has made a point to Drive across town. read more
