Hamide was on duty, completely went the extra mile. He didn't just rattle off options; he brought out the ingredient list, discussed my goals with me, and personally customized my smoothie to make sure it was dairy-free with exactly the right protein blend.He even offered a quick sample of a new all-fruit flavor while I waited. To top it off, he had my customized order blended perfectly and ready in just a few minutes.It is incredibly rare to find fast-food staff who are this knowledgeable and willing to put in extra effort for a customer. It's summertime, which for local businesses often means high school kids needing a summer job. My local Smoothie King is no exception. What sets this location apart, however, is the customer service, and for this, they get 5-stars plus. Anyone can follow a recipe, but a young person with good manners is increasingly hard to find. At this location I was immediately acknowledged and greeted upon entry by a young man. He had good eye contact, spoke clearly and with confidence, had my pickup order ready on-time, asked if there was anything else he could help me with, and politely wished me a good day and "we hope to see you again, soon!" To me, this reflects back not only on the young employee, but also of the manager's who trained him. Went to grab a quick smoothie and snack and at first the customer service was good. Two young ladies took care of me and were calm and polite. Then after placing my order a very loud young man came from the back. Had an arm tattoo sleeve and fro like hair. Started to kind of distract the young ladies by speaking overly loud about "bitches" and other topics that had to do with outside work. Then the young lady that made my toast made it wrong and I had to wait til she remade it. I wasn't mad at her tho it was really her coworker who was pacing, yelling, and distracting her with his terrible mouth. A cuss word was said every 5 seconds. Not to mention he sat on his phone in the middle of the floor all up in the way. But hopefully smoothie king will try and teach him some better customer service. Terrible experience. I love Smoothie King! Not sure as to why this location has such a low score, but I've never experienced any issues here. This location is in Loganville. Wow. I've never been to a Smoothie king that takes this long to order. Literally everyone is turning their cars off. You would think they are super busy, but there's only one car ahead. I have gone here three separate times. Each time I was disappointed with the customer service. The first two times they did not acknowledge me until they were done with the other orders and just socialized like I was not even there. Also, it took over 10 minutes to make my order. I could do it faster and cheaper at home with my Wal-Mart blender. This time I received a marketing email saying that my local Smoothie King was celebrating Mutt Day. We were offered a free 3oz frozen yogurt if we bring our dog. My kids were eager to go. When we got there they acted they had no clue, were rude about it and when shown the email simply dismissed it. I will be contacting a manager for a refund. My husband ordered a pineapple activator for me (with added spinach). The cashier insisted that the activator in pineapple does not exist (see attached picture of it on the menu). See the advertised pick vs what was Made. So I go to smoothie king a lot but now since the covid 19 thing has happened they're only taking cards. Which I understand but also there are people who only use cash a lot of people don't use cards. So today I went there like usual before work and he told me my card wasn't working I've had this issue before... which is another reason why I tend to try to only use cash. So I asked him just to run it again because I need to get a new card and it hadn't come in the mail yet he had already blended up my smoothie and he came back and said it wasn't working and I was like well I have cash and he's like well I can't help you. 1. disrespectful 2.how do you plan on making money when you don't take cash? They are really slow maybe it's the lack of staff I'm not sure. But it's a 5-10 min wait in the drive-thru and that's if your the only one in line. I love smoothies and the consistency and taste from this location has never let me down. I absolutely agree with the reviews, this location has gone downhill. I now drive pass this location even though it's closer to my house to go to Scenic Highway. I'm not sure how everytime I would go to this location my smoothie (pineapple surf no turbinado) is a different color and a different consistency. Then you point it out to the workers and ask them to remake it and they had an attitude...paying $8-9 for a smoothie, not even a real meal you want it right. I've talked to the manager several times and she will remake my smoothie when she's there, but who has time to wait and go through all this. I completely gave up on this location and the last time I was there, the employee took the messed up smoothie poured it back in the blender and added more pineapples because the first one was wrong, I was done, done. read more

I was on the drive thru and a young gentleman with blond curly hair and a African america young girl were taking forever with a customer but then they I noticed that the reason why they are taking so long it's cause they seemed to be trading services? I love this location! Sucks that people normally review when they're complaining. The smoothies are always blended well and they're willing to rectify any inconsistencies, if any. My fave is the lemon ginger spinach. It takes a little more time to blend this smoothie - but it's a fresh product so I anticipate a wait (just like at a restaurant). read more

Poor customer service. Clearly these kids don't know anything about what they're selling. I asked basic questions and every time the cashier needed to run to the back to ask someone else. They don't tell you about specials either. After paying and collecting my shake, I saw a sign with the $5 special for the same exact thing I bought, over the trash can. Placed an order for pickup via app. Arrived 7 mins later than the time advised it would be ready to ensure it would be ready. I walked Into location and none of the 3 employees (2 male, 1 female) even looked up to greet me. I stood patiently at the counter for 4 minutes with no regard from staff. Horrible feeling to not be acknowledged. If I hadn't have already paid online I would have left. There was only 1 other person in lobby. I decided to try my luck in line at drive through which it took 10 mins for me to make it to the the window. Not the service I receive at any other location. I will not be back to this one. At the very least, greet those trying to patronize you. And, when receiving my smoothie, I had to actually ask for a napkin (something else I usually don't need to do). read more

My family loves smoothies so much that we are willing to endure the ridiculous wait times at this location. Thankfully my family are creatures of habit and order the exact same thing because the employees at this location are unable provide nutritional guidance. They are no longer here! I am literally sitting in front of where the building use to stand and it is tar on top of old pavement. Urrrgh!
