I came here because my partner was sick and we were around the corner. We got immunity shots (perfect for the cold weather) and I got a juice as well. Apparently they've been open since 2017 winning awards each year! I do love what they do and they also have food (I didn't get to try yet). The only issue I have is they are a bit slow. 3/19/22 update: I definitely understand being compassionate to the people who juice because juicing takes some time. I juice at home and it does take time but not an hour in a half. If I order ahead of time it should be ready. Especially if I come a half hour after it says it's gonna be ready. I still love the atmosphere and the location is perfect but come on ! it's Saturday. All hands should be on deck. I had an obligation that I needed to be at by 1pm so I ordered at 12pm thinking it should be done around 12:30 and I can make it back in time. It was literally 4 items!! If you aren't staffed to support online orders - don't offer it at this time! Simple! so many restaurants do this even chick fila if they aren't equipped to handle the traffic! She was really apologetic as they had 3 call outs today so she did mention that. BUT I watched her fulfill someone's order, take off an item, tell me I was next, cleared out everyone in the store and didn't get done my order until 130pm! Didn't offer a discount, a coupon anything! Then these will be the type of people that say "can't please everyone". Actually you can! Just have better customer service. I've already paid. I would have loved to be a local but it's always this. Always! It takes them way to long to juice. I can juice enough juices for 3 days at home In an hour. With the machines they have this should not be an issue! Im just more upset about about how I was only offered a refund and then told I would be next and nothing was done. Maybe I'm just unlucky. I've had extremely slow service the two times I've tried them. One was a phone order. Was told 20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and still waited 20 minutes. Today, ordered just a smoothie, acid bowl and kayle wrap. Whatched 3 others after me come in and order and leave with wraps and a is bowls while I waited 25 minutes. First time here! So went in today after checking the website out, and needing a quick something while on a fast. Here we go.. Location: This spot is located is a strip mall with Michaels. So when you arrived, you have to look in the back corner of the stores. I almost missed it. It's right next to a barber shop. I also don't recall seeing it on the street marquee. Inside its nice. They have a sofa and a couple tables and chairs. Looks like they are a relatively new business. Covid: So, as I mentioned earlier, the tables and chairs they do have inside are not available for use. So it is still pickup only. The young lady who made my drink had on a mask, the other 2 employees that were there had them on but pulled down exposing the face. So masks are kinda a thing if that's important to you. Food: So I ordered All about the Beet juice. The I watched the girl make it. It was pretty good. They did not have Pineapple so they replaced it with apple and it was good. Price: This is where it gets tricky. After tax and tip..it came to 9.47 for a 16oz drink. Yes. I would say that is alot, but I'm not going to be the one to take that 9.47 and buy all the seperate ingredients and juice it. Im going let someone else do it. That's what we pay for. Im glad i did! It was the 1year anniversary of the juice shop on the day i stepped in. Cute airy shop with plenty of seating. Two nice ladies were working that day. I believe in small business and this is a great opportunity to get a nice smoothie. When I walked in the service person I was smiling and pleasant and she explained all the smoothies to me. I heard about this via Yelp recommendations and it came at the perfect time since we are not eating meat right now. We went around 4pm on a Monday (they're closed on Sundays). We came in and were greeted by the friendly owner who took our order as soon as we were done reviewing the menu. The interior was minimalist but well done and spotless. We picked up an açaí smoothie bowl - $7.95; kale wrap - $6.95; and 16 oz raw smoothie - $6.99. SN they are cashless except for the cake slices they sell from a local bakery which are cash only - $4. The owner was the only one working in the store and it took a little while for her to make our order while handling other incoming customers but it was well worth the wait. Even my husband, who is a meat and potatoes guy, thought the wrap was delicious. It was so good! We already made plans for our second visit. I did order over the phone one time and was able to pick it up within 45 min- that worked with my errands that day- but now I've been told they no longer accept phone ahead orders.
