Don't get me wrong, each were doing something to include cleaning dishes, cleaning counters, working the drive thru, but they literally looked at us and kept doing what they were doing. This location has great customer service. Each customer is greeted as they enter. The employees are engaged and friendly. I ordered a Pineapple Surf and a Caribbean Way. The pineapple drink is made with pineapple, strawberries, kiwi apple juice blend, dairy whey blend and turbinado. It is very refreshing and one of my top favorites. The Caribbean Way is also a very delicious choice. It is made with strawberries, bananas, papaya juice blend and turbinado. I've been here a couple of times, the first time I ordered the metabolism boost mango ginger smoothie which had Mangoes, Bananas, Spinach, White Grape Lemon Juice Blend, Vanilla Protein Blend, Ginger, and Fiber, it was really good, very refreshing and not too sweet. Second time I tried their Go Go Gogi crunch bowl which has an Açai base, Granola, Whole Blueberries, Diced Strawberries, Honey, Goji Berries (this was really good). I like that they have a drive thru too, this makes it very convenient to grab something healthy before work. Very friendly staff and quick service! Highly recommend! read more

5 stars for the smoothies! 3 stars for service. Slow as molasses. We have been here multiple times and it is consistently slow. We usually go inside to order vs the drive thru. I feel like they put the inside customers second to the drive thru customers. I keep returning because the smoothies are so good! My favorite is the slim and trim vanilla. I add spinach, almonds and blueberries. It's one of the low calorie smoothies and doesn't taste so sweet. They charge 99 cents for each additional add in, so keep that in mind. You can end up having a 9.00 smoothie which is super expensive. Allergy friendly. My son is allergic to all nuts. They have an "allergy-friendly" blender and ensure there's no cross-contamination. read more

I have been a die hard Smoothie King for years but this specific location is not up to typical Smoothie King standards. Placed an online order when they opened and then they didn't open at the posted time. Once they did open they were in turtle speed. My smoothies were 45 minutes past the promised time when I had already paid and no way to get a refund. Only 1 of my 3 was made correctly. I did the review on the app and was contacted by the regional manager (Adam). He assured me the GM would call the following week and issue a credit. It's been over 2 weeks and no follow through. I called Adam back to let him know I hadn't received any communication and he could have cared less! Poor leadership = poor service and poor employees! I've been to several Planet Smoothies and Tropical Smoothies before, but never a smoothie king. Stopped by their new location in Ocoee. The smoothie I got literally tastes like they blended water and ice together. No flavor at all. Very disappointing. As it was my first time in there, when I was waiting for my smoothie to be made, I saw they do 32oz smoothies for $5 on Friday's and said to myself "oh that's cool, maybe I'll start coming every Friday" however, after trying this, I will never go back. It's also more expensive than the other smoothie shops. Drive the extra 5 minutes to WG Planet Smoothie. For reference, my medium smoothie was just under $9 and I ordered a smoothie with chocolate, peanut butter, yogurt and protein. I don't know how someone can get a chocolate peanut butter smoothie to taste like water, but smoothie king did it! read more

Inconsistent with their service and as someone who goes to this location weekly after workouts, my observations are not a one time deal. Common complaints about this location I can verify are true is that if you order on the app, you still may have to wait in line a while but honestly I think this depends on how soon you show up after ordering. Second, they are sometimes very slow and backed up so you may have to wait anyway and that is my least favorite thing about this location. The people are nice, but I went there today and ordered from drive-thru and there were three cars ahead of me. After there was enough space in line for me pull up to the speaker to order, there were three cars ahead of me. 2 of the 3 were waiting for smoothies, the 1st one they brought out the order and it was wrong (I'm guessing here because employee walked out with 2 smoothies and then walked back inside with the smoothies after talking w customer) and the 3rd hadn't even got to the window yet. I just left - hopped the median and went home because at that point I had been waiting at least 10 minutes for a small smoothie. Not every experience is this way, but I much prefer Planet Smoothie and if there was another smoothie place nearby I'd switch. read more

I've been going to this store for a few years since it opened and I always enjoyed the smoothies but lately they have been inconsistent as hell. Last time I ordered the Peanut Power Plus with frozen yogurt added and it was extremely watery as if they added more milk to compensate rather than let it be a thick smoothie like I was expecting. This time I ordered the same exact thing and while the consistency was right, the flavor was completely off. It tastes almost like straight cocoa powder and I can barely taste any of the vanilla from the frozen yogurt or any of the sweetness from the dates which makes me question if they included it at all. They also seem to be doing everything they can to minimize interactions with their customers. When they built the store they included a counter for pickup/mobile orders but have started putting orders in a cooler all the way in the store by the ordering counter as a self serve sort of deal. I was confused when they asked if I was picking up and then pointed and said "cooler". I don't recommend going to this Smoothie King, highly inconsistent and they don't seem to care about customers. read more

I placed a mobile order that I paid for, the transaction was completed on my end. I had proof on my phone. When I arrived at Smoothie (booty) King, to pick my order. They did not receive my mobile order on their end. So, I showed them ( manager) my receipt that it was paid in full. And I was picking up. She said they didn't receive the notification or pickup order and cannot complete my order!!! She was rude, and absolutely useless! This is disappointing because I often go to smoothie King, and I love their drinks! But, I guess from now on I will have to go to planet smoothie. New spot on the corner of Maguire and 50. I stopped in on Sunday to try out their Smoothies. It's really a cool no frills Smoothie stop. They have the Best flavor profiles beating Planet Smoothie and Nature's Table. If you like smoothies and really want to eat right this is the place to come to. Super clean and the menus have something for everyone! They also have a $5 Friday sale where you can get any medium smoothie for $5. I had to go back today and make sure I took advantage of the $5 sale and they didn't disappoint. Definitely a good place to frequent! read more

Smoothie King brand is by far my favorite chain to go to for smoothies. This location is really nice, new, and very clean from what I can see. All of the staff that I've met have been friendly and patient! The drive through is a great idea because who wants to get out of the car when it's raining!? I'm really picky about my smoothie and this location seems to get it spot on 90% of the time which is pretty good for me! They don't give me any eye rolls or sighs when I place my order which is great too. My usual drink is Angel Food (which is strawberry banana) with no dairy or dairy substitute, just water, and extra ice. Came in last Friday on National Smoothie Day. If you purchased a 20 oz or larger smoothie, you were supposed to be credited for a free 20 oz. through the 27th. I bought a 32 oz and the cashier scanned my app and told me the credit would be there. Well, it isn't there, and the manager would not give me the free smoothie even though I had my receipt. He said if my app had been scanned it would show on the receipt, so basically calling me a liar. He shrugged his shoulders and did not give me the free smoothie.
