This was my first time coming in, and it was a great experience. When we first walked in, we were greeted by the staff. We explained that this was our first time here, and then we were walked through the menu and given time to order. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl, which tasted amazing. As many here know we have changed our eating habits since I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. The first time we visited here we had breakfast croissant sandwiches. This time we came back to explore their healthier options. We both had the Beyond Breakfast Bowl and it was just delicious. Since everything is cooked to order it came out fresh and piping hot. I only ate one because they're made with canola oil, but the Beyond Breakfast Sausage was a yummy treat. The kale was tender, the quinoa was perfectly cooked (no hard crunchy seeds here!), and the eggs were freshly scrambled. The avocado was a solid half of an avocado that was perfectly ripe - no stingy portions here. And the house made hot sauce? Fab. Spicy but not too and slightly sweet. I ordered out from here last night and it was alright. The salad was a good size, the tuna was okay but a little under seasoned. Other toppings and add ins for the salad were good. I ordered a side of oven roasted tofu and what I got was nothing like the picture - it was basically cut up pieces of tofu with not much seasoning so I felt like that was disappointing for $8. I asked for bread on the side and it was literally half a slice of store bought bread, and not even the good kind. I was expecting an actual piece of baguette or something, or at least the entire slice of bread, or maybe toasted or something. Foods good, customer service was a bit annoying. We walk in the restaurant to order and nobody's there to take the order. It took about 2 minutes before somebody came to help, keep in mind the store is empty. The short Indian lady serving me had a very negative demeanor, as if she didn't want to be there or my presence as a customer annoyed her. She also gave very little portion sized of chicken, and gave me a stare when I kept asking for more(and i was 100% okay with paying for extra). We also had a small Pomeranian with us, she asked if it was a service dog and we told her yeah. We were willing to leave if it would be a problem but she told us it was fine, yet her and her team kept giving us stares while we ate. I was given an Uber Eats coupon for a virtual team lunch yesterday. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl (about 17 dollars from Uber Eats) and a PB mood smoothie (about 12 dollars). Uber had a discount promotion, so I took advantage of that. It was delivered to my door after 45 minutes. The chicken shawarma bowl was generous portioned and had various items like chicken, lettuce (which I selected instead of kale), pickles, tahini dressing, hummus, and wild rice as well. I made a mistake of requesting to be mixed, which I thought they will just mix the dressing with the salad and lettuce, but the mixed everything in. It was still a good bowl with tender pieces of chicken thighs. It was a bit odd with the lettuce and I should have asked for kale instead, but I did enjoy the sweet pickles and also had a bit of tang in each bite. The hummus , wild rice, and other toppings were enjoyable. The bowl was quite filling, but could have used another sauce for more flavor. The ice from the PB mood smoothie melted by the time it came home, so it became more of a drink than smoothie. But I still enjoyed it with the cocoa nibs, milk, and peanut butter. I think there was supposed to be banana as well, but I didn't taste any of it. I think next time, I will eat directly at the restaurant when it's freshly made and not waiting too long to be enjoyed. Even though I had it delivered and it wasn't as fresh if I ate it at the restaurant, I still enjoyed the bowl and drink. My first clue this wasn't going to go well was the lack of greeting. Although there was someone at front register, he immediately turned away, and went to the back when I came in. I used one of the self service kiosks and ordered and then sat and waited. Considering I had ordered a standard menu item, I did not expect a long wait. After 20 minutes me nor any of the others who were already waiting, received food. I waited a few more minutes and then approached the counter. I said excuse me and the guy at the front came over. I asked how much longer for my order and he said not much longer they had a large order they were finishing up. Seemed like something you'd mention as customers come in but ok. I sat back down and continued to wait. Another 15 minutes passed and no food came out for me or others. I decided I had waited long enough and asked to cancel my order. The guy then tells me he can cancel it but to get a refund I'd have to speak to the owner. What?!?! I assumed the owner was either on premise or the guy was going to call him and explain. No, the guy hands me my receipt and a phone number I can call on my own. I have never had a situation where I could not get my money back immediately. Avoid this place at all costs. If you want a bowl you're better going to cava, Mezeh or small local business. read more

Upon entry, the storefront is bright and clean. Everything is organized into categories with ads in proteins. It is a super simple menu thats easy to navigate. I had a gluten-free turkey sandwich that was among the very best I've ever had. The bread was soft, did not disintegrate, nice lettuce and tomato portions and they were fresh. I love the food here but I keep having the same infuriating problem when ordering through DoorDash. When I come to the restaurant in person, I always get the mediterranean bowl and it ALWAYS comes with greek yogurt. When I order the SAME bowl in the app, it lists greek yogurt in the description, but NEVER arrives with yogurt. This has happened to me so many times that I always call the restaurant to make sure they add greek yogurt to my DoorDash order. They will say "okay no problem" over the phone, and then my food arrives and it NEVER HAS GREEK YOGURT. This has happened to me no joke like ten times. It's infuriating. I don't understand how ordering the same exact menu item on the app makes it different than ordering in person. How hard is it to double check the ingredients when assembling the bowl, especially after I go out of my way to CALL YOU and make sure that you include it!!?? read more

Their food options are among my favorite. Where this company lacks, though, is in the service arena. I discovered fresh &co a few months ago. Loved it. I invited a small group to lunch and celebrated birthdays with a meal for two friends....I bought lunch after signing up for the rewards program. I opted to take the requisite photo of my receipt and have the meal credited to my rewards account. The points were never added. There is no customer service phone number to call for assistance. And the phone number at the corporate office only leads to voicemails. So I sent an email. No reply. It's been 3.5 months. A few days ago I decided to call the store for two reasons (1). to see if they could lead me towards resolving this issue before make my next rewards-motivated purchase, and (2) to see if they would be able to pull together a last minute event for 23 people. When I called, I started by asking about the rewards program issue. A young lady announced that the manager had just left the store 20 minutes earlier. She said he could call me the next day when he returned--somewhere between 12 and 4 pm. I said okay and gave her my name and number. The next day at about 330, I had not heard from the manager Dennis So I called the store and a young man answersed the phone. He didn't identify himself, so I asked if he was Dennis. He asked me to hold on a minute, so I did. An older sounding man answers the phone, also not identifying himself. So I said "hi, are you Dennis?" He replied "if you are selling something, we don't want it". I responded "I'm not selling anything, I'm a customer. I'm trying to reach Dennis". The call was then disconnected. About an hour later I called back, hoping that the call had been inadvertently dropped. Again, the young fee-sounding man answered. I explained that I thought we had bbeen disconnected when I called earlier. He replied "please hold on a moment". I said "okay", feeling that the first call had indeed been disconnected. The call then resumed, with the older sounding gentleman answering "hello". I said "hi". The call was again discontinued and I heard silence. I cant imagine why a business would not want to speak with a person who identifies as a customer. I had a question to ask about their process and an order for food that they sell. While this was at one point my preferred spot for my vegetarian diet, I can honestly say that I would not recommend anyone go there, if their service continues at the level I experienced. Kids chicken tenders & fries 4. Hemp brownie Both salads, soup, and the hemp brownie were delicious! The kids menu was not impressive. The chicken fingers and fries were pretty terrible. The chicken was so dry and hard to chew, my poor niece just ended up eating the fries only because she couldn't chew the chicken. I'd steer clear of the kids menu - yikes! The salads came out to $12 a piece, even without protein on the south beach one, which I felt was a little overpriced for a fast casual place. This was the closest spot that looked good near the convention center. Located in a swanky little shopping center, this place was a clean-eating haven! My daughter craves açaí bowls, and she gave this spot 2 thumbs up. They're served in cups, and the açaí is fairly wet, but they give you plenty of pure açaí purée that actually has flavor. The salmon sandwich display "made me" order one to try it out. While it was very tasty, I'm docking the 5th star because it was pre-made, which means the bread was super soggy when I got it. If we hadn't gotten everything to go, I probably would have mentioned it to the folks there. And the service there was stellar! So, yes, we'll definitely be back! My husband and I recently went to fresh and co after a long time. We are trying to eat more healthy and when the craving for fast food hits, we decided to stop by here. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. My husband decided to get the Avocado BLT while I chose the falafel bowl. The falafel bowl I got came with kale, wild rice, cucumbers, tomatoes, pita chips, picked onions, cherry tomatoes and of course the falafel. I added in the Kalamata olives for an extra 75 cents. For the sauce, I opted for the Mexican Caesar sauce. We also got the berrylicous smoothies as it was the lowest calorie smoothie on the menu. Our total came to around $48. It is pricy but worth it as the quality of the food is fresh! I thoroughly enjoyed my falafel bowl, it was filling and I didn't feel guilty eating it. The Mexican ceaser sauce is amazing and really elevates the flavor of anything! The portion is huge so I still had leftovers. My husband enjoyed his avocado BLT and thought the bread tasted so much better than when he got it on his previous visit here. The berrylicious smoothie wasn't our favorite and we probably would not purchase this again as It has a chalky taste to it.
